The technician (Keith) discovered a large blockage in our pipe and stayed extra time to clear it out and make sure everything was working normally. After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Edwin Lazo has answered my distress call twice in the past 8 months. He has always been prompt, courteous and provided excellent plumbing services. The last service call had him digging and moving 20 feet of water lines during a pouring driving rainstorm. He maintained his usual cheerful attitude the entire time. Mr. Lazo is my go-to plumber. He is simply the best.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

They are fantastic. Our plumber was honest about my issues and what it would take to fix them. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix and even uncovered an issue that is not pressing now but could become a major issue in the future. I was very satisfied.

Scott was great! He quickly was able to detect the problem under the house and start the repair on our leaking pipes right away! And he even repaired an additional leak that he found while testing the water pressure, that we didn't realize was there. I didn't expect him to be able to get to it today but I'm so glad he could!
