Jason repiped my house with PEX removing the old Polybutylene piping. His work was very clean and well done. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. The price to repipe my home was a very fair price as well.

Kyle and Anthony were very nice and professional. They came to help fix my hot water heater; which was not producing any hot water. After some trouble shooting they discovered a leak and I needed a new gas central valve on the heater because it was cracked; they also replaced some old pipes. Once the part came in another plumber returned ( can't remember his name but he was awesome too) to install it, which took no time at all. After all of that I was getting warm water, but not as hot as it should have been; so I gave them a call back. The third time was a charm because Kyle discovered that the valve that was mixing cold water with hot water as it enters your home ( so you don't melt your skin off) was no longer functioning ( he even showed me so I could see with my own eyes, it was also over 25 years old). Once that was replaced everything was perfect!!! Everyone I spoke with over the phone and all the folks that came out to my home were AWESOME and so friendly. I had no problems getting appointments and they were always on time.

So so happy I found Arbor Plumbing when my hot water heater stopped working! I spent the morning getting quotes from bigger names but when I had made a decision, I wasn't getting called back (we started at 9am, so much for same day service). By 4pm, I decided to reach out to someone new. I found Arbor through Angi and great reviews. Mike, the sales mngr, had met set up by 5 with a full quote that was extremely competitive. Andre and Eric were at my house by 7:45 and were not daunted by my narrow little storage closet. They explained the features of my new water heater and told me how to maintain it. They were super nice and left everything better than they found it! I have put Arbor Plumbing in my contacts so I don't have to waste my time next time.

I have been price gouged before by big chain plumbing companies, and my repair was a completely fair price. Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
