Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Our hot showers would randomly become cold for a couple of minutes before eventually going back to hot. I was also not getting hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. What started as a routine flushing and descaling of our tankless water heater--which the plumber was relatively sure would resolve the issue--became a three-visit financial gouging. The 473-dollar bill for the first day snowballed into $876 by the end of the third visit, as the plumber applied verbal, and possibly imaginary, coupons to replace parts that did not need to be replaced. In the end, the solution was a dip switch setting, which the plumber discovered while on the phone with the manufacturer's technical support.

Customers shouldn't be charged for repeated visits while the technician goes down a generic checklist that has nothing to do with the actual problem. Let the buyer beware!

I've used Bolton Service for my A/C maintenance & Electrical since I bought my house in 2009. Everyone who has come out is kind and honest. But, Curtis Snipes, is one my favorite AC techs! He's professional, kind, and not about pressure salesmanship. The best!

If you want delays, aggravation, frustration, cost overruns, Carolina Plumbing and Repair is your company. I hired them to do plumbing for my new residential construction, my biggest mistake!

They failed rough-in inspection and took almost three weeks to comeback and correct it. These guys have more on their plate than they can chew. They are grossly understaffed, they lie about scheduling, they don't do it right the first time, and hope to get by.

They are always in a rush, and do not dedicate time and effort to do it right the first time. For example, they ran the water leak test for rough-in inspection and did not take the water out from the drain lines after inspection. With cold temps the water froze and busted the pipes, this was on January 10th 2018, as of today they haven't come back to fix it. We are 3 weeks away from closing and two weeks from final inspection, these guys are still dragging their feet. They have held up other trades from completing their jobs. There are many more examples, and if I wrote them all - I would end up writing a book titled: 101 Reasons Not to Hire Carolina Plumbing and Repair.

I would not recommend them for new construction or new additions.

I was very happy with my first experience with Newcomb. Cody, the tech, was helpful with some hints and didn't try to sell me a new unit even though my compressor is 23 years old.

My toilet was cracked and I needed to get it replaced. They found me a great new model and installed it for me. They worked around my busy schedule and installed it in no time.

We have been using Bizzy Bee for years. I am in the property management business and he and his crew have always done a great job. They were just at my house last night and when my husband and I thought we had a major issue, they discovered the problem immediately and it was not a big issue. We were so thankful. Honest, reliable people. They are the only plumbing company I will ever have at my house.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!
