They replaced my sewer and water line at the same time. Lines were deteriorated from age. Had these lines serviced before but it was definitely time for replacement. They scheduled date and time and even with rain in the mix, all went super great. Price was fair, service was very professional and cleaned up yard to my satisfaction.

The City of Raleigh requires each homeowner to get the backflow preventer on their sprinkler system certified once a year, so I needed a licensed cross connection inspector. A neighbor recommended Edwin from PK Plumbing, who is licensed by the city. Edwin was easy to schedule, arrived at the appointed time, took care of the inspection, and submitted the certification to the city. He was very friendly and explained it all. I would definitely call them when I need this done again or for any other plumbing needs.

Sammy’s company was the answer to all my plumbing needs around the house. He walked me through the problems we were having and even showed us potential upcoming fixes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and overall he took the stress out of my home plumbing repairs. I would recommend him to everybody who needs work done.

He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. Sean Smithbailey saved the day! Our hall toilet would randomly run, and squeal when filling the bowl (what a great thing at 2AM!). After replacing parts over the past year and never really fixing the issue I finally had it and called in the expert. Sean replaced all the parts he could, put it all back together and we've had no issues since. Fast, clean, and done right. Will keep him on my auto dial for future needs.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
