Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. This time, Ryan Smith of Optimal Plumbing, exceeded my expectations by doing more for considerably less $.
I received a town water bill stating I used 27,500 gallons of water; this is enough water to overfill a 20 x 40 x 4.5 foot pool!
My typical water usage in a 4 week period is 1654 gallons.
Ryan monitored the town water meter & noted that it was running backwards then forward & backwards again. It appears that the meter is at fault as Ryan checked the interior & crawl space of my home for any leaks & there were none.
Readers should know that I have a Moen Smart Water Valve installed by Optimal Plumbing last year & the data from this device aligns with Ryan’s no-leaks diagnosis. This valve will also shut off my water when it sees that I have exceeded my daily use, so no chance of neighbors filling their pool with my hose.
AND, you know what? Instead of being nickel & dimed by a service company, there was no charge for this inspection, believe it.
Of course I did request the move of my Rheem water heater WiFi controller to the inside of my home from the crawlspace, but that was only $186.
Why should anyone call another plumbing company, when you can hire the best of the best?

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. I would highly recommend Citywide Plumbing and Mike for all of your plumbing needs. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

It's the little things, you know? After getting a ridiculous quote to replace a shower temperature valve, I googled a plumber in Garner and KW came up. With little to no expectations, I called and within a couple of hours, I had a quote (3x less than other) and scheduled the repair for a couple of days later.

Boykin Plumbing showed up on time, with the correct parts and was in and out within an hour. After a week of no issues, I'm ready to submit my review.

These guys have restored my faith. I now have a local plumber I trust. I would not hesitate to call Keith and Michael for any plumbing need. They get it done right at a fair price. I can't believe I even typed those words, but it's true. I was not ripped off by a plumber. Merry Christmas!

I had been out of town for a few weeks and retuned to find a leak in my crawl space near my hot water heater. I contacted 919 Plumber via their website. Jason promptly contacted me, and was at my home within 30 minutes. My repair was explained, an estimate provided and was fixed in.less than an hour. Jason and his employee were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, licensed/insured and professional. I will contact 919 Plumber again for future plumbing needs. Plus, they have really cool tshirts.

Edwin from PK Plumbing was great. Very upfront, honest and knowledgeable guy who does great work. Arrives on time and cleans up properly when he is finished. Can't ask for much more. Highly recommend him and his team.

Raleigh Heating and Air are all about awesome service! They exceed expectations. The service provider is always courteous, thorough, and efficient. The office personnel are very friendly and responsive to the customer needs. RH&A installed my systems 6 years ago and have performed routine maintenance since then. Rakeem really went to a lot of extra effort tonight. I think he's really been able to get things done pretty quickly, and working here in Rocky Mount he's get a 45 minute trip.

As things went on and there were additional challenges it got to be late in the afternoon and then got to be early evening on a Friday, and so the kind of typical business bank hours were basically over, but it was still within the retail store hour range.

My parents and I were thinking it might just have to wait a day or a few days, but Rakeem kept going, and so we kept going, and the City of Rocky Mount was able to come out, and it eventually got completely finished. But Rakeem really did a lot of work to get it sorted out in a brief span of time. He also came out really early as well to get started early in the morning.

EDIT: The initial review seems to have gotten deleted maybe cause I clicked the share button to share the review with Rakeem right after he suggested I write a review and I wrote it and posted it, but everything that I said is true. He even brought his wife and his three little kids in the car to come back to Rocky Mount at about 7:00 p.m. on a Friday to get the job done. So I hope the review gets posted, but I don't know how the filtering works.
