Best Plumbing Fixture Repair in Raleigh NC

Clay and Cam were excellent! They fixed the issue at a reasonable price, were professional, and knowledgeable. I will be using this company (and preferably Clay and Cam) for any plumbing and electric services in the future as it is a relief to know honest, trustworthy, and solid people like this as a homeowner.

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

2nd time I’ve used them in a month (different projects). They are extremely professional and do great quality work. Their communication throughout the whole process was amazing. Thank you for all your help.

I called the company because my tankless water heater wasn't working. They were the only company available that day and the technician arrived early, which was convenient for me. He seemed to be very friendly initially. He appeared to be not familiar with the Rinnai product. He was reading the brochure and trying to figure out what a reasonable water pressure it needed. Then, he called the Rinnai customer service, which was fine with me. When he started his call, he was reading something off the side of the unit and I thought he needed help in reading what was written. Apparently, he interpreted my offer to help as an intrusion into his service. He snapped at me telling me to basically back-off in the rudest way possible. I called their office and complained about his behavior; they reminded me that they sent me their best technician without addressing his lack of professionalism. Then, they asked him to leave. On his way out, he failed to put the unit back the way he found it. I had to remind him to put back the cover. If you want a rude genius, then, call them. Out of respect for the technician, I won't name him.

Had a clog in my sewer main and these guys were out within the hour (at the end of the day) to fix this for me! Super quick, and very professional!

Allen installed a ceiling fan with light for me, also I called Allen later to install two storm doors for me, He gave me a very good price on ceiling fan and doors, he is honest and efficient, he delivered the best quality work I could expect. I will use him again.

We had to get our kitchen sink waste and supplies replumbed. I heard about Matt through a co-worker and I also read positive reviews online. He arrived on time for the appointment and was able to repair/replace everything a lot quicker than I was expecting. Cleaned up when he was done and tested everything to make sure it was correct before he left. We live in an older home, so we will need to update and repair numerous other plumbing issues eventually. Matt will definitely be our first call. A+
