First off, great communication! I didn’t have to follow up for installation time/day even when they changed due to a material delay out of their control. We had our full HVAC system replaced. The contractors performing the work were courteous and clean. Pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and use again!

I had been having a very difficult time with HVAC contractors making band aid repairs every year or so to the HVAC system in my home. I answered a small ad that Sonny's had placed in the Virginian Pilot classifieds and ultimately purchased a brand new heat pump and air handler from them in 2012.

My entire system has worked perfectly from day 1 and kept me warm through the brutal winter of 2015. I have no complaints; Sonny's was (and still is) honest, fair, and their prices are reasonable.

I have Sonny's maintain my system and their servicemen are timely, courteous, and clean.

Omar is exceptional!!! He is professional and very affordable!! I called him yesterday to 2 separate jobs at 2 separate locations (one in LB and one in LA). He arrived ON TIME and ready to work. We had an emergency caused by a lightening strike. They made us a priority and had people here the next day to address our hot water heater issue. The specialist was courteous and understanding, answered all our questions and gave us good advice. I will have them back again for any further plumbing work.

I had a wonderful experience with ESR! They came out in under 45 min and were extremely thorough! Miranda put my worries at ease with being knowledgeable and understanding. She dealt with everything super fast! I had a team out and all things cleaned up super fast. Super thankful for her and her help with the insurance. The original rebuild adjuster was not a favorite and it definitely felt rushed only to put me on the back burner.
I was glad to have her help with understanding how things work and what I needed to next.

Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.
