My water heater decided to spring a leak and I walked downstairs to swap laundry and found a swamp in my entryway. Unfortunately because my Husband is sick with Covid we had a really hard time finding anyone willing to come to our house in any reasonable amount of time. Even though we offered to wear masks, stay upstairs, or even to sit in my car and leave the house the earliest anyone was willing to come out was in 6 days. I called around to 10+ places and the only one who returned my calls in a timely manner and was willing to come to our home was Eddie at Affordable Plumbing. We stayed upstairs and communicated through telephone. He was super knowledgeable and even helped to trouble shoot some other issues we were having for a future visit. I'm so greatful to Eddie as I had no idea how we would have survived in Quarantine with no water for 6 days. From the bottom of my heart thank you for helping this poor nurse out!

I highly recommend The Raleigh Handyman. I received a quote very quickly for our ceiling fan replacement. Alan asked me several questions before we scheduled the installation to make sure I had everything I needed before he arrived. He was professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. He was also fun to be around! I felt he did a great job, and even told me some tips to help other parts of our place. On top of all that, his pricing is reasonable. We will definitely be using his services again!

Matthews Plumbing is one of the most unprofessional businesses in the Triangle. I called them to check a SMALL leak from my upstairs toilet that only effected one ceiling tile, they came and told me they needed to replace the seal and left. THAT SAME DAY I came home from work and my entire bathroom, where they had replaced the seal, was flooded. I have never had any issues until they worked on the issue. They took zero responsibility and told me that it was because my toilet was old.

Super disappointed in the quality of service and response from the company.

Very pleased. Fair price, immediate service with 4-man crew to get 2 water heaters replaced with one in an attic. Guys were nice, polite, and concerned about keeping our house clean and not damaged.

Came home from a week away to a leaking water heater. Luckily it appears that it had been leaking less than a day. Since it was the weekend, and not a real emergency, called first thing Monday morning.

Talked to someone who took all my information and said the scheduling people would have to call me back within 30 minutes. The person wasn't sure they could get out today. Not expecting same day, just need to get it fixed.

Within 15 minutes scheduling called back. They confirmed the type of water heater and said they would be out within a half hour. Tech called about 15 minutes later that they were on the way.

Water heater replaced, they were cleaned up and gone before noon.

Couldn't ask for more than that.

Great communication. Great response time. Very professional looking install. They recommended and installed a couple of upgrades (new house shutoff that's a ball valve and a pan under the new water heater, both things I was going to ask for anyway).

We will definitely be calling them the next time.

My only complaint is that their off hours message should include their hours. I could not find them on their web site either.

From the initial phone call followed by a quick estimate NC Water Heaters have been a joy to work with given the circumstances. After a failed water heater (age) flooded our bottom floor leaving us with no hot water, the technicians were out in less than 24 hours with an estimate already accepted. Both Jason and his associate, I think Steven was his name, including an electrician, were on time and ready to act. They were all extremely courteous, explained everything they were going and did due, tidy and came in almost exact to quote. And did I mention the pricing was very reasonable? Well it sure was!
I would recommend this company to all and would use again in a heartbeat.

Eric did a great job. He fixed my faucet & replaced the water pressure valve. I now have great water pressure. Rooter will be my “go to” plumbing company

We were in need of a plumber quick as I work in an office with two other ladies and couldn't use the bathroom. I called Anthony and he was out fixing our toilet in a few hours. He really came to the rescue for us! I would highly recommend AP Plumbing.

Daniel and Carmelo where very nice guys and professional. They came and hydro jetting my kitchen drain and also ran a camera thank you Omars plumbing.

Adam & team replaced the polybutylene water service line from the city valve box to the structure. He was out the same day I called for an estimate and completed the repair at the quoted cost faster than I expected. Excellent customer service.
