Best Drain Lines in Raleigh NC

I used NC Plumbing Pros to replace my water heater. I was very pleased with the service they provided and the quality of the work and the new water heater. The main office was polite and knowledgeable whenever I called, and they gave me a quote quickly. Jeremy did the work in our home. He was professional, kind, and did great work. I did have a bit of trouble getting a response over email, but I had read other reviews with that same feedback, so I called instead, and got a quick answer that way. I definitely recommend this company!

Cannot speak more highly of the service I received today. Called yesterday. Plumber came this morning as promised. Did what I had asked, and just so expertly and professionally. Removed the “spaghetti” of waste pipes under the kitchen sink, replacing them with a simpler, safer, more logical layout. Thank you! Highly recommend this company.

Mr. Benjamin arrived promptly and quickly assessed our plumbing request. We purchased a commode 7 days ago and have attempted at least 3 different plumbers to come to our home for the commode installation and to replace the shut off valve. Appointments were made and then other customer emergencies would shift our service request. Over the weekend the already broken shut off valve began to drip on the floor. We spent Monday morning making calls and found Mr. Benjamin. He arrived at the time he stated he would arrive, quickly accessed the problem and went right to work. We asked Mr. Benjamin to repair a few other items and they were done without hesitation. In addition, we were pleased with the cost of the repair. You won't be disappointed. Very polite and professional.

We had a water line break in our wall and flooded most of the down stairs. They came out quickly in a Sunday afternoon and got started. Water remediation is done and Jimmy and Andrew have been great and very hardworkin . Miranda has been great dealing with the insurance adjuster. Very responsive group. So far I am very pleased.
