Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

It's a Sunday, the 4th of July and I made the bad decision to put canteloupe rind down the garbage disposal. I had water and muck backing up in my kitchen sink and guest coming for dinner. I called Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber to my house in two hours. Victor was polite, knowledgable, spent the necessary time to find the solution, fixed it and then cleaned everything up as if he was never here. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. If they were this professional and pleasant in an emergency on a holiday, I know I will use them for all future plumbing needs.

I want to say thank you for the outstanding service your people have provided. I needed a plumber ASAP as my watervwas turned off due to a leak in the main line coming in to a fitting under my kitchen sink, Your Master Plumber Roy Sanders and his partner provided outstanding service. He was very courteous, polite, explained completly the repairs and proceeded to complete them in a timely fashion.
We are in a Del Webb Senior Community of over 1,250 homes and our Veterens Group, who helps the community by performing very simple tasks for donations to them, is recommending your company for services if needed.

Wonderful service. Above and beyond communication and customer service. Other electricians quoted me multiple thousands of dollars and used intimidation tactics. Their work was literally 85% cheaper than what I was quoted by others. 85%!!!!!!

Always get a second quote. I have used Bolton at my business and at my home and I have never been happier.

Specifically, let me shout out Larry who helped me with the contract and controlling costs. Then Chris and John show up and get the work done, not wasting anytime and being very helpful throughout. They were friendly even nice to my barking chihuahua mix crazy dog and professional. I had my own Smoke Detectors they helped to install. They were thorough but not trying to charge me more, just literally being helpful as they walked through my home inspection (as I asked) to address concerns. They were flexible and gave me ideas to save money. What I was told is that they are not commission or hourly, but salary and so they do not have an incentive to charge me more.

I told them my priority was safety and then costs. They double checked some outlets in case previous work was not to code and I feel good about the safety of my home. (of course if that changes, I will let you know!)

Will Bolton is in my Rotary Club and I cannot recommend Bolton Construction and Service any higher. Really good group.

Today ( 2/23/2021)I had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Anthony. They did an awesome job with locating the leak/repair in my front yard. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done. I definitely will continue to use CPR for my plumbing needs!

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

On Monday night our water heater stopped working. On Tuesday I Googled plumber's in my area. The first company I called couldn't give me an appointment until the next day and their trip charge was $20 more than Optimal Plumbing (OP). When I called OP, they gave me an appointment for that day. Aaron txtd when he was on the way. He diagnosed that my 13 yr old water heater needed replacing. Which he did that day. We were glad to have hot water again. I would call them again IF I should need any plumbing services again.

8-26-22 This is the second time we have used Optimal Plumbing. We had a leaky toilet this time which Mark P. diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was sweet, courteous and professional. Hopefully I won't need them anytime soon, but will call them again if I do.

I've had a few HVAC service providers over the past 10 years. Newcomb & Company has the most professionally trained technicians BY FAR, both in etiquette and in knowledge of equipment. They diagnose issues quickly, make suggested repairs and work to find cost-saving solutions. They change the filters as part of their maintenance plans, which saves me a lot of time! They also make an effort to get here ASAP when necessary. The guys are always professional!

I've had Walston Plumbing fix a few things in my home, from small leaks to big-time pipe replacement and they are always professional, clearly explain what is happening, and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Wally and his crew have been around for years and it shows. I would recommend them for any plumbing repair or new install you might have.

If you don't mind paying $250.00/hr for a plumber, they do a great job. They can't tell you the rate until they get there. If I knew the rate, I would've called someone else. Again, the work was fine, but the price was ridiculous.

Called Metro rooter plumbing May 11th 3:49 pm . No-one picked up the phone answering machine if full and not taking any more messages.

Very reasonably priced and quality work. They won't overcharge you and install cheap equipment. Satisfied every time we use them and highly recommend.

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. I would highly recommend Citywide Plumbing and Mike for all of your plumbing needs. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

All around great experience! Will use again.
