I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

I had a gas leak at a valve connecting to my fireplace. Jason came and quickly found the issue and fixed it. It did not require any parts and he professionally fixed it at a very fair price. They are honest and affordable and did great work!

Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He got my house set up so I could use the plumbing overnight - then came the next day to fix everything. It was a big tree roots problem, Edwin worked hard, corrected the problem and shared pictures. Charged me 18k to replace air conditioner with zoning. Did NOT fix my problem. Have asked for itemized bills multiple times as well as explanations why putting a new 4 ton top of the line Lennox unit has not fixed my problem. Electric bills higher than ever. Absolutely disgusted with Patrick and the rest of the office. Feel completely taken advantage of.

Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

Andrew and Roger did a great job on the issues that I had. They were fast yet thorough. They explained what was wrong and how they would fix it. The last issue required them and their office to search for the part. They were not able to find the part at first but continued to search after they left. They found the part and came back to finish. Excellent Job!!!!!

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
