I was recently a first time customer of David Dobbs plumbing and while I hope to not need their services anytime soon, I will definitely be a repeat customer! The service was fantastic, and the thing that I appreciate most is how hard David worked to save me as much money as possible which DEFINITELY builds trust and makes me more ok spending money on the things that he recommends. I discovered an emergency issue with my water heater on a Monday afternoon. CK's Plumbing was able to send someone out same day. Kyle called to let me know he was a few minutes away, within an hour of my original call. He quickly evaluated the situation, took steps to prevent any further damage to my home, made sure I had access to at least cold water overnight, gave me an estimate and got the replacement scheduled for first thing the next morning. Kyle called the next morning, promptly arrived when he said he would, quickly and efficiently replaced the water heater, and made sure I knew where the new cutoff valve and heat control were. Kyle was very polite and respectful and was a pleasure to do business with.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Jean showed up, was an extremely experienced, professional and a good man with a good heart. He replaced a large broken water heater, took his time correcting the out of code original installation and cleaned up the mess we created trying to stop the water flow. Thank you Jean!

Propane Oven Installation

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!
