The technician (Nick) was polite and courteous, as was everyone I contacted in the business.
They did charge over $400 ($395 for the replacement with a $59 service fee) to replace a single condensate pump. Which seems high.

I’m glad my friend recommended Rest Assured. Rakeem was responsive and helpful, provided a thorough and accurate estimate of what it would take to do this complicated job up to code, and keep me apprised of developments. When he identified that certain steps could be omitted, he did so and reduced his price. He did the work quickly and ahead of schedule. I feel good about the way he handled this job and I’d gladly recommend him.

Wanted to leave a quick note about the guys from ARC, especially David. Our dishwasher died on us and after several failed attempts at a fix from the manufacturer and another local service company, we gave ARC a call. They were able to send someone out (on the weekend) in less than 24 hours. David arrived on-time, was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. He left our house cleaner than it was when he arrived, and our dishwasher is functional again! I would highly recommend the guys at ARC to anyone needing help with any plumbing issues.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

Alan helped install our kitchen faucet. He did a great job! He was quick to reply to emails and even gave helpful tips before my appointment answering questions about faucets, water valves etc. Our faucet looks beautiful and works great. Thanks Alan!

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

I can't say enough good things about Matthew's Plumbing Solutions but I'll try. Firstly, I was lucky to get someone on the phone after 5:00pm and was to my delight scheduled for first thing the next morning to handle a sewer back up issue! I was told they would arrive at 9:00am and they did. Sam and Zeck were both attentive, knowledgeable, polite, efficient and quoted me before any service began. It's no fun dealing with a backed up sewer line but I immediately felt like I was in great hands. Sam was able to clear the clog after dealing with a very cantankerous ancient iron clean-out cap (by the street) hope I got that right. He worked very hard with great determination to make it right. I will be using these guys again for my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend them.

I discovered Legacy Plumbing a few years ago after being constantly ripped-off by companies that spend lots on money advertising on TV. I have found them to be incredibly professional and very reasonably priced. Over the past 2 weeks, I had a couple of incredible experiences with them that I still cannot believe. Last week, I asked them to replace my 30+ year-old sump pump that was enclosed in a basin in the floor between my washer and dryer. In the 30 year's I've owned the house it has never been serviced. Finally, fate caught up with me and it died. I knew it would be an ordeal to replace and it was. But Mike stuck with it most of the day finding an appropriate replacement, custom fitting a cover, replacing pipes, etc. I was shocked at how reasonable the bill was and I was a very satisfied customer. Earlier this week, fate struck again, and I realized that something was not right with the sump pump or associated parts. I called Legacy again and Mike returned this morning. He spent 3.5 hours diagnosing and fixing the problem which ended up being a blockage in the pipe leading into the main sewage line. When he said goodbye, I asked him to bring me the bill. He told me that he had talked with his supervisor and that there would be no charge. I was absolutely stunned because I knew how difficult this had been. He said he found a piece of plastic that blocked the line, and it MAY have been a part of the old pump that he missed. Thus, there would be no charge. If you're looking for a customer friendly, professional plumbing company with incredible integrity, Legacy Plumbing in Raleigh is incredible.

Had to get my main line replaced and looked everywhere for estimates and options and Mr Lane was the best option by far. It was a pleasure to deal with him, his crew was on time and very professional, he had a reasonable price and was understanding and open to work with me on the best payment options. Definitely would recommend and will work with them again.
