We hired Poole's Plumbing for their Hydro-Jetting service to clear some landscape drain lines that run from our gutters. The service cost is pretty steep ($375 for the first hour), but it's using specialized equipment so I was fine with it. The initial contact with the business is very professional with Carrie in the office. The first crew came out to work on our issue and were on time and professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we still had an issue that we found existed after they left. However, this is where Poole's shined. When I called back to say that I needed them back out, Carrie informed me that typically would cost another service call, at a somewhat discounted rate, since it's a non-warrantied item. I wasn't thrilled with that, but I needed it done and they're one of the few companies I can find to do it. She scheduled Tim, the service manager, to come out with another crew. They came back out today, again on time, and worked diligently for the entire time to fully resolve our issue. At the end, Tim indicated we wouldn't be charged for this 2nd visit. This is good business and will get me to call Poole's again the next time I need work done. They recognized an issue wasn't resolved properly the first visit and didn't make me foot the bill. Outstanding customer service from start to finish.

Our experience with Bolton Services has been great from start (purchase of my Trane HVAC package unit 13 years ago) to recently, when we started having some issues with the unit. The unit is 13 years old and in relatively good condition. But recently, we lost heat and the problem with the unit was not readily identifiable. In the end, the technician Curtis, stuck with it and got us back up and running. The experience was very trying, as we did not have heat in a cold spell, but Valerie in the office, was fantastic in getting technicians to our home quickly. Initially, the technician Thomas, who came out first, was very knowledgeable and was able to get us up and running, but the problem was complex and needed other sets of eyes to help id the problem. Jerry, a supervisor, also came out with Curtis, on the second day, and it was really appreciated and reassuring that Bolton was going to solve this problem, which Curtis did. Curtis is a star in my book. I would recommend Bolton without any hesitation.

The technician Andy made me very uncomfortable to the point i almost pulled my gun. In addition he was not prepared with tools or a proper tape measure. He pulled a wooden ruler out to measure my sink and took 30 min to do so.
I won’t be using them for this project.

Seth was punctual and cordial. He examined nearly every aspect of my home's plumbing to determine whether there was a problem. He also took the time to locate all of the PRVs for the units in the townhouse community where I live and ensure mine was in decent shape. I'd definitely use Bizzy Bee again.

The Service Pro technician, Jason Holleman, was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Jason is a knowledgable and experienced plumber who takes pride in doing the job right. We were very pleased with his work and highly recommend him to others.
