We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

This is the first time receiving service from this company. Andrew, the technician, was very professional, on time, quick to access the issue and quick to resolve it. He even removed the wet insulation and checked for mold and mildew. He assured me that all was good, showed me what was done, and made sure I understood all that he did. Great job. Sampson with Benjamin Plumbing arrive on time for our 3pm appt. I explained that the cold water line in bathroom was not working. After taking the line a loose underneath the vanity sink and making sure nothing was blocking the water supply and re placing a small section of galvanized pipe, still no water, after going into crawl space Sampson found that a valve was shut off. So after spending 30-45 min. at my home and solving my problem , there was no charge.
I would not hesitate to call him again.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
