Had a situation that needed to be dealt with. Googled places and found CK’s Plumbing. I’m big on reviews and customer service as I write a bunch of them myself. From making the appointment over the phone to the technician coming out was ALL great. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Tim Taylor. Very knowledgeable about his line of work and gave it too me straight. After job was completed, I had another situation I wanted him to see and he did. He gave me no attitude, no brush off or I’m sorry you need to call the office to reschedule a new appointment for this new problem and this I appreciated. Thank you Tim for the kindness. It’s the little things that means alot.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I called on Friday night and Eric came out at noon on Saturday (labor day weekend). He was very friendly and very thorough. Included free camera view of the sewer. Great experience 👍

I recently needed an emergency repair for a leaky faucet and put out an online broadcast request for service. 1-800 Plumber + Air was the first to respond, via text and email, with a personalized outreach message and number to call for service. Their communications were better than any other responder. They sent DALTON & DAVID right away. The two men were polite and very competent, doing the repair in hardly any time at all. I was impressed.

Also, for a long time I had needed to replace my 20+-year-old water heater and had been delaying doing it. I did not know any plumber I felt I could trust. The 1-800 truck had a $100 off note on it, so I inquired when David and Dalton did the faucet repair about their also helping with that. We made a plan. They helped me figure what to buy at Home Depot for delivery, and they came by today for the install.

Again, these two men were highly skilled, respectful, and helped me understand all aspects of their work, company policies, etc.

If you need any plumbing done--emergency repairs or a big job that is planned, hire this team! They could not have given better service, and now I will be loyal to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They have an inclination to charge more for a small repair. The technician advised me to change the whole flush instead of repairing a small part. For the faucet repair, they couldn't fix the faulty faucet and charged more to install a new one. Also, they didn't complete the work in a day, so I was left with no running water in the kitchen.

Newcomb always does a great job. Plumbing problems are solved quickly, and I’ve had HVAC replacement and service done with excellent results—highly recommended for plumbing heating or cooling

I've had Walston Plumbing fix a few things in my home, from small leaks to big-time pipe replacement and they are always professional, clearly explain what is happening, and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Wally and his crew have been around for years and it shows. I would recommend them for any plumbing repair or new install you might have.

After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project. He gave me an honest and fair price and a lot of information about the history of my system. His knowledge and expertise were impressive. Will definitely hire him for any future projects/repairs.

I cannot share good enough things about PK Plumbing. On time, above and beyond when it comes to communication, and so helpful to work around my schedule. I am an electrical contractor and work in customers’ homes all of the time and I will just say PK plumbing has service that can’t be compared to any other plumbing company I’ve experienced.
My wife told me that we will not be using anybody else from this point on when it comes to plumbing needs or issues.

I had a hot water heater go out. I used Executive Plumbing. I have AHS home warranty, I called and placed a claim, the first people they sent out was Proven Professional Construction. This led me to nothing but a headache, they claimed it was a pre existing condition which lead to a denial on my claim. I called AHS who then sent a second opinion. I’m so glad I did this. Nakwan from Executive Plumbing came out and this an evaluation of the issue from my hot water heater and guess what no it’s not a Pre-existing condition. I received a call from Nakwan and he told me that an email came through from AHS and the contractor was on his way to pick it up and should be arriving within 30min to my residence. Alberto and Nate, you guys rock. Within an hr my hot water was replaced and they were professional and quick. Thanks for saving the day. Best service by far. I’m so glad I got to pick you guys to do the job. I’m a very satisfied customer. Five stars for sure!!!!

They did a good job, get a price before you get the work done I asked for a discount after my work was complete because they charged me for two men working when one man could have done the job.
