A team of two professionals came out to replace my gas water heater. Very courteous, respectful of my property, and finished the job quickly. Received five bids for the project, and this firm came in substantially less. I received a very quick and detailed proposal via email from the support team and once approved received all the information I needed to prepare for the service call. A very good experience. We were in need of a plumber quick as I work in an office with two other ladies and couldn't use the bathroom. I called Anthony and he was out fixing our toilet in a few hours. He really came to the rescue for us! I would highly recommend AP Plumbing.

Everyone wants to make a quick buck. My travel agent won't extend my stay unless I pay her 2000. I called the two airlines and they said because your agent did a fix locked in booking no one (Not even us) can modify your ticket

Agent: No seats available until September. Every seats taken for the next two months. But if you pay me 2000, I'll see what I can do. Why would paying 2000 matter if ALL seats booked anyway? PS the airlines said there were available seats and she was lying.

I can't even go to a different agent because it's a small business agency!

I had an outside leak which caused my water bill to jump to $500. Richard came out right away to assess what needed to be done. The leak was found quickly and repaired for which I am very thankful. Great service at a great price.

Scam artists. Was supposed to be a simple pipe cleaning. They ended up flooding my bathroom and kitchen. I was about to call a water mitigation company that my insurance would approve, but they had already called one of their choosing. They didnt pay for the damages and i was forced to do an insurance claim just to pay for everything. Also, it took them almost a week just to get a toilet remounted.....they kept getting the wrong flange. Unprofessional, untrained, unlawful. Never ever use this company for anything. Also stay away from their other company Air Rescue. They did a tune up service like alot of ac companies offer, but didnt finish the work and left saying they would return the next day. While they were there, they set the ac to 67 and the the fan to on so it would run non stop, yet they had pulled the main fuse on the compressor outside, so the house got hot and the ac wont turn on since its now disconnected. This is the state in how they left things at the end of the day and telling the customer they have to wait till the next day to have it reconnected amd they wouod have to pay another service fee as well. This should be illegal to run a buisness racket like this. Both companies are corrupt and use super shady tactics to earn more money off of their customers. Please share this info with your friends and family so that they too won't fall victim to these horrible tactics.
