Best New Water Line Installation in Raleigh NC

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He went above and beyond expectations. He was very friendly and reliable. I appreciated the texts about his arrivals and feel confident about his repairs.

Update: once my review was posted, my issue was promptly dealt with and heating fixed the same day. So I feel it's fair to update from 1 star to 3. Thanks for addressing it.

We're disappointed to have to leave a poor review, but we have a cold house and a sick toddler, and temps continue to drop, and we haven't heard from Newcomb since a tech diagnosed a blower motor failed and had to be replaced last Thursday. We were told we'd be squeezed in on Friday if possible, but that they'd call Friday either way. We have had to call for updates. They did not call or show on Friday. They did not call or show on Monday (yes, I know it was a holiday; it didn't keep the house any warmer). They did not call today. We have had to call and ask what's going on. Beyond such unprofessional communication, it's hard for me to believe that a blower motor could not be obtained in a more timely fashion from somewhere local, knowing how cold it is and knowing we have a particularly vulnerable person at home. We still don't know if they'll get the part on time or when they might come install it. Going to buy space heaters for the downstairs unit because we can't use over half our house without putting our coats on. I would like to update this review if the company gets it together and gets our heat fixed, but as of now, not only can I not recommend them, I cannot let this go by without putting in a review. It's the only thing I have control over in this entire transaction.

Mike with Citywide Plumbing has work with me on several plumbing projects at my home that range from repairing hose bib facets, installing gas line extensions to new gas oven to repairing faulty drain lines to Unclogging storm drain lines from downspouts at my home. There's never been an encounter that Citywide Plumbing has not been able to handle quickly, professionally and with a fair price. I would highly recommend Citywide Plumbing and Mike for all of your plumbing needs. I feel like I have a professional plumber on standby whenever I need something addressed and he's there immediately to take care of it. He's also a joy to get to know as a person.

We used Jason and 919 Plumber because we were having an issue with our septic tank and toilet. Jason called back very quickly after we reached out and scheduled to come out on Tuesday to assess the situation. As promised, Jason and his team showed up on time, Tuesday and got right to work figuring out what the issue was. He gave me all of the information and when I decided to go ahead and get the work done he scheduled to come back Saturday after he order the parts. Wednesday Jason texted me and stated that hw was able to come out Thursday instead of Saturday if that was OK. I agreed and as promised he and the team came out and replaced the septic panel and the septic pump. Jason advised us of some things we can do to upkeep the pump and ground. I appreciate all their hard work and them keeping me in the loop along the way. If I or anyone I know has any plumbing issues in the future 919- Plumber will be be our first call!

Eric was excellent to work with. Highly skilled and professional in every way. My wife and I were updating our old prefab fiberglass bath to a walk in shower and he explained what he would do, how he would do it and then quickly made the necessary changes to accommodate the new plumbing and installed a new mixing valve.

I would also like to point out that this was a job that a big company chose not to do because it seemed to complicated. Eric did it with ease and we will be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Today ( 2/23/2021)I had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Anthony. They did an awesome job with locating the leak/repair in my front yard. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done. I definitely will continue to use CPR for my plumbing needs!

The worst service ever. Unprofessional and they don’t pick up the calls when needed.

American home shield tried to call them several times to get a report from them and they never picked the calls American home shield or from me.

Initial service scheduled on 21st of October, technician came to our house gave the option of a garbage disposal as per what the warranty company has approved for. I didn’t want to go with it as it and requested them to send a report to the warranty company that I want a cash out option.

I have tried to call the warranty company and the company needs information from the technician and there is no answer from technician for many days.

The worst service ever!! In return they tried to reply to my review justifying what they have done is ok!! Stay away from them and I would not recommend them

Had a great experience with Matthew's plumbing today. We needed to get backflow installation in our commercial space and Matt and his crew did a great job! Matt was able to finish the job ahead of schedule so that I could avoid a delayed opening of the store (which as a business owner means a lot!). Matt was very helpful throughout the whole process and I would recommend him for any of your plumber needs~

They were great. Came when they said they were coming, handled the issue and were worried about not making a mess. The plumber who came was very professional and helpful.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
