Best New Water Line in Raleigh NC

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

From start to finish, dealing with this company is a pleasant experience! They are easy to get ahold of and responsive even on weekends. The technician will lay out clear quotes on service options before they start the work. Ryan Smith did an excellent job on our faucet installs and trouble shooted several other minor plumbing issues for us.

Have been using Newcomb for years...they are honest and very reliable. Once again, my 12 yr. old system went down yesterday and today they were here within 5 hours of the service call. The tech. found the fault and had me up and running within 15 mins.....with no conversation about needing to replace my old unit......I call that...REAL SERVICE...replace an aged-failed part. When the system does die, I will be happy to buy my new system from them...NEWCOMB & Company...A very reliable name in Raleigh.

Jason was so helpful and professional! He was very sympathetic to our situation of leaking water heater and agreed to come out the next morning to replace. Meanwhile, he walked us thru what needed to be done to drain it until he could get there for repair. He was prompt and very friendly. We had a new water heater (at reasonable price) within hours! Will definitely use him again!

UPDATE:
I decided to give Bell Cow another chance and I am glad I did. The representative was professional, honest and had great customer service skills and even helped us with planning our future projects. The job was done faster than I expected and he even help us save money on repairs. I though we needed to change both faucets, but after looking at them, he confirmed only one needed to be changed the other was actually still good.
I will be using Bell Cow in the future and based on my last experience I am updating the review.

I believe in supporting local businesses and I decided to give Bell Cow another try. I did not receive nor was I given preferential treatment or discounts on my service request. I am also leaving a summary of by old review below:

- The price quoted matched our budget expectations.
- With every quote you get, make sure you get it always in writing including the warranty promised.
- Water install went great but there was a miscommunication on the labor warranty.
- Called office for months before I could get a response back but once they responded, they were able to provide answer to my questions.

We had a leak in our main water line running into the house so we contacted ARC to replace the line. Clay did a great job throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional and talked me through the entire replacement and was able to answer all of my queries. The team, including Clay and Shane, were able to replace the line very fast and filled in the hole where the new line was installed in under a day. I would definitely recommend using ARC, and specifically Clay and Shane for your plumbing needs.

We have used this company three times .Several years ago to install a Tankless Water Heater and then recently for some more minor plumbing issues.Today the issue was a Sewer Gas Smell coming from the Kitchen Sink .The source of that issue took some Detective Work .Our Team today was Andrew and his helper Dom.They were on time ,courteous and maintained a neat workspace.They were focused on their work and created no concerns as far as having strangers in our home .The fee was more than reasonable.

A++++ experience with William Parrish Plumbing today! On time and efficient! I was having hot water issues and was sure I would have to replace the hot water heater. Turns out it was the re-circulator that was turned off. I also needed help installing a new rain shower head and that was taken care of in a matter of minutes! I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services.

Eric has done awesome work for both myself personally and both companies in Raleigh Cary Realty & Walnut Street Rentals. We trust him do the right thing and is very responsive.

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there. My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

We called NC Plumbing Pros because we were in need of a new faucet due to it leaking and our garbage disposal had stopped working. They were able to get a technician out to fix the issue and replace the next day. Our technician was knowledgeable and provided a variety of different options to fix the issue and to be as cost efficient as possible. I plan on continuing to use them for services and repair needs in the future.

We hired this company to fix a toilet that was clogged in our townhome. The technician stopped by, took and look and tried to fix it with an auger and could not, and told us that this needs the toilet itself to be replaced. He gave us a quote ($200 plus toilet cost) to replace the toilet and then charged us $150.

The next day, my good friend who is a handyman stopped by and fixed the clog and flushed it down. I am

It feels a little weird to write a review for a company that didn't actually do any work for me, but hear me out. I called Legacy Plumbing company to get a quote about moving a utility sink in my laundry room. Jamie was very pleasant on the phone and was able to get a plumber out to my house within the hour. Willie was able to find my notoriously difficult to find house, and was so friendly and helpful. He graciously accepted my dog jumping all over him and then gave me advice regarding my sink. In order to use our laundry room more efficiently, he recommended an alternative option that didn't require moving the sink. So while I ultimately did not use their services, I was so impressed with Legacy's promptness, friendliness, and clear concern for their customers (even when it didn't necessarily bring them business). I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future should I need plumbing services!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
