Best New Plumbing Systems in Raleigh NC

CK's Plumbing and Backflow ran a natural gas line from our crawlspace to the new grill. From the beginning they responded quickly, had someone over for a quote in no time, and provided wonderful customer service throughout always letting me know what was going on. As for the work, they did an amazing job and did it efficiently with no reason for concern on my part. The crew were friendly and respectful of my house and property. I definitely would recommend them!

The Arbor Plumbing & Backflow team was professional, swift and efficient! The company prides themselves on ensuring that the customers needs are met. They absolutely exceeded my expectations!! 10/10 would most certainly recommended to anyone in the Raleigh-Durham area!

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

We had a leak problem with our downstairs toilet which is on a slab foundation; it also would occasionally run. I called Matthew’s Plumbing Solutions and spoke with Kimber who was so helpful with estimates and subsequent scheduling. Zech came out and took care of our problems. He was punctual, courteous and very knowledgeable. He pulled the toilet and found that there was a problem with the wax ring. He replaced the wax ring, fill valve and flapper in no time. I am so glad to have found a plumbing service that I feel is dependable and trustworthy!

Great folks. Was a great recommendation which I would do as well. I will call them anytime I need plumbing help.

I've been using Air Experts to perform scheduled Bi-annual maintenance on my 2 HVAC and 1 Split Unit for 3 years now. The entire experience from reminder call to scheduling to having the maintenance performed has been one of professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy.

Jako and Zack did a great job. The company is very responsive via text and email. I called at 4:00 on a Sunday, had an estimate by 5:00 and a new water heater installed by 1:00 pm Monday. The showed up right on time. I would highly recommend this company.

Justin came out to diagnose my water heater issue and fixed it quickly. I will call him again next time i have a plumbing issue

Somewhat pricey-- but you get what you pay for. Good jobs on both my ac units and my plumbing. Recommended.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
