I called to check why our humidity level is so high in our new house. Over the phone the receptionist told they will charge me $137 for the consult.They came, looked around and never touch the equipment or terrmostat and couldn’t find anything. They presented me with the bill for $474 dollars?!! I contacted another small privet AC company in Raleigh. They found several big problems in our AC equipment, repaired it in 1 hour and charged me $160. I will not recommend New Comb company .

Got my bathroom remodeled, and it looks great! Owner was very friendly, and helped me pick out what worked best for me.

Our company did work for Andrew at Your Service Pro and he has refused to pay us for our work. Nor has he been responsive to our payment request over the last 6-8 months.

I can't say enough good tings about PK Plumbing. Edwin is responsive, flexible, friendly, and professional. He diagnosed my problems quickly (sink replacement and toilet repair), provided a quote, and then began work. He even helped advise me on a side project I was doing at the time (installing an RODI for my aquarium fish), and when I tried to tip him for that extra effort he politely refused. Always very professional, using foot protection when indoors to keep your floors clean; always explain the work performed, and willing to discuss any needed or recommended repairs/upgrades. They never fail to call at least 30 min before arrival.

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Highly recommend their services!

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

After appearing on time for the appointment with a courtesy call included, Sean and Anthony replaced both of my outdoor faucets, and I'm totally satisfied with their results. CK's has become my go-to company for plumbing; I'm always happy with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality.

I had to have a drain replaced in my shower stall. It was far more complicated work than anticipated and Eddie worked at it until the problem was solved. As they say, by the work, one knows the workman. Highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and Eddie!

Lane recommended septic tank clean out as first step in gurgling plumbing.. recommended Bailey Septic of Knightdale who did excellent job. Problem appears to be solved with only one company to pay.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
