I’ve had a great experience with ARC plumbing as they were timely and courteous.

They replaced our hot water heater that was leaking. Took care of it immediately. No hassle. Their price was way less then what we were quoted from another company that we actually have a contract with! I believe Scott was the one that did the install. First time using them and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys!

This was a very prompt and efficient service. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help me assess the root cause of the issue that I thought was plumbing related, however it was HVAC related. He even was able to give us a referral to a reliable company that could help fix the issue!

Chris is a great choice to call for plumbing needs. On the phone and in person, he is personable and easy to work with. He scheduled a time to fit with my schedule and gave me a reasonable range of quotes of what my repairs would cost that would allow me to budget this into my monthly costs. The repairs cost less than the maximum. I would highly recommend Chris.

Property Manager. Several projects not completed. Ones that were completed were not completed correctly and another -plumbing company was called out to correctly fix the problem. When questions the owner talked down to office staff and maintenance. He was correct we were not licensed plumbers however it doesn't take a licensed plumber to see water running down the street and flying in the air.

Was having trouble with my toilet not flushing properly and called Lane Plumbing. Spoke with Jimmy on the phone and he immediately scheduled an appointment and gave a price quote based on me explaining that I have a leak and also the toilet continuously flushes. The price was at least $250. On the day of my appointment, the problem was fixed by Jerry (after having to leave my home twice to go and purchase different supplies). Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the price. My total was $300...$150 for labor, $125 for parts plus tax). It turns out, there was no leak and the only things that were changed was a fill valve, fill valve flapper and new handle. After research, I realized that I could have purchased those items from Walmart or Lowe's myself for much less than $40!!!!!! But I was charged $125!!!!! I understand that they can charge what they want but this is pretty ridiculous! We were hustled, plain and simple....fool me once shame you, fool me twice shame on me!! My advice to everyone would be to check around and get quotes or find a trusted local handyman.
