I would give Sutherland Plumbing 10 stars if I could.

When we had a gas water heater that was leaking badly, Sutherland took care of us in a timely fashion. Their answering service was excellent. Courtney, the receptionist at the office, was an excellent liason/communicator between us and the the crew. Ti, the owner himself, came to our house to safely de-commission the heater to minimize further water damage. When we discovered significant water damage to our home, the company was flexible to allow us enough time to repair the water damage and still get the new heater in ASAP so we wouldn't have to go to a motel.

Sean Anderson, the plumber who did the installation, is knowledgeable and professional and meticulous in every way. All the fittings and attachments were done in a secure and aesthetically pleasing way. He answered all our questions patiently. He educated us in ways to minimize future plumbing problems. He went the extra mile advising/helping us with other plumbing concerns.

Chris was very patient and focused on quality of service rather than speed. He went above and beyond, and answered all of my questions with a lot of knowledge. He knows his way around plumbing!

Here in the Northwest, the weather can be unpredictable. Last spring, after a few days of heavy rain, my yard was completely flooded. We couldn't get in or out. I called River City Environmental and they were out there within hours, reviewing options and getting started. Their help limited water damage to my property. I am very happy with their service.

Mario was wonderful! He was able to help fix a leaking pipe a few days before Christmas and the water was coming into my basement. I was so grateful for his professionalism and his scheduling. An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. Thank you Gary!

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Mr. Nichols came out to give a quote on a clogging issue with some extra complications. He conferred with a colleague and decided that he could refer me to a company that could do the job cheaper than he could, as he would likely have to break into my drywall, whereas the other company had equipmentthat could do the job. This kind of honesty and integrity is such a highly valued asset to me, and I will be sure to use Mr. Nichols for future plumbing needs.

We had been battling a slow flushing toilet for over a week. I called for repair and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours! The plumber was friendly and professional and would not give up until the issue was resolved. I am really impressed with the entire interaction from start to finish and highly recommend!!!
