Best Water Pressure in Portland OR

I recently had to replace my water heater and other water supply valves that were needing attention. We hired Sutherland Plumbing to do the work, and they did a fantastic job! Our old water heater was getting to the end of its life, and we were always having trouble with having enough hot water to fill our large master bathroom tub. We were also experiencing high water pressure in our house that needed correction. Ti Sutherland, the owner of Sutherland Plumbing, was extremely helpful in providing me with solutions to take care of our plumbing problems. He took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated his efforts and willingness to spend the time to help me feel comfortable with deciding what to do. On the day of the water heater replacement, Ti and his senior plumber, Cameron, showed up at the appointment time on schedule. They completed the work that was agreed upon quickly and efficiently. Ti spoke to me about his goal with Sutherland Plumbing to do quality work and using best practices. I believe that he means what he says. With the water heater installation, they improved our natural gas pipe alignment and anchoring, which also runs to the furnace. They improved the A/C condensate pump drain line alignment (unkinked and removed sags), which had nothing to do with the plumbing work requested! Sutherland Plumbing was not required to do these improvements while fulfilling the contracted work, but Ti and Cameron included it as part of what they believed to be a quality installation. Overall, I am very happy Sutherland Plumbing with the high quality of work and service that they provided. They replaced the water heater and fixed the water pressure problem along with other plumbing improvements. We now have enough hot water for our family of five and as a bonus, can fill our large master bathtub!

Chris showed up on time and ready to work. He handled the job quickly and even gave us pointers on how to keep things running smoothly. He also noticed we had an open pipe from waiting for a sink to be installed, and suggested we put a cloth in the pipe to stop sewer gasses from getting into the house. Nice guy, great service. Will use them again

I had been getting hints that I had to do something about cleaning out the septic system for months. It was my fault that it caved. It was horrible! There was no way we could live with the results. I called River City Environmental and they came to the rescue. The staff and customer service there are all real professionals. You are not left in the dark about anything.

Excellent service. Came over on a Saturday on short notice to help swap a valve attached to PEX. Very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Christopher was professional and knew right from my description of the problem that the clog was in the common line outside leading to the septic tank. He set up and cleared the clog in less time than it took to set up. No question I'd call them again.

We were paired with Pex through Repipe Soecialists. The first day two guys came and did the job in one day. Somewhat friendly, somewhat professional. It wasn’t until a few hours after they left that we started noticing some things that weren’t fixed. The main thing they forgot to navigate was making sure our water was running in all areas of the house. After paying over $6,000 we had new pipes, but no running water to our clothes washer or bathroom sink.

After calling the company, they sent three people over a couple days later. Upon arrival, two of the boys had attitudes (like we had done something wrong) for requesting they finish their work. They also told us that the person who wrote the contract had made a mistake and that it would be an extra $1,900 to complete the work. We again called their company again to ask what they had to say, they then called the boys at our house; next thing we know the three boys were getting to work.

The didn’t say a word to us, just started moving furniture and cutting holes in drywall. Our utility sink wall is obliterated, floor to ceiling cut out of drywall. Can’t help but feel like a few spoiled brats didn’t like being told on so they took it out on my house. They were gone in 2 hours, even though they tried to charge us $1,900!?!

Will never use the services of Pex or Repipe Specialists again. What a headache!

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Fantastic service. Had a shower with a broken valve. They showed up exactly when they said they would and had the entire thing repaired in less than 30 minutes. Will use again!

Had the main sewer line hydro jetted and inspected. The technician was very personable and did a terrific job. I highly recommend them.

We had a simple but important job...a very clogged bathroom sink set in an old-fashion porcelain sink and stand. The pipes were very hard to get at and the space was small. David not only cleared out the clog but fix another plumbers mistake to ensure no leaking. He did it all very professionally, clean, and quickly. His prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend David at Evertrust Plumbing and he will be my plumber from here on.

Ken Isaksen from Apollo Drain is great! He arrived to my property on time and called to let me know he was there, he was very friendly and got the issue resolved quickly. He ensured all effected units were 100% cleared, and made sure I received my email invoice before he left. Had work in Oct 2017. They did a scope and also did half our kitchen bath and laundry room drain lines. They were quick, efficient and fair pricing. Also easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them.
