Outstanding service. Let's face it a plumber is expensive. So I can complain about the cost but that won't matter. Initially I asked to have my main shutoff gate valve replaced with both a gate valve and 1/4 turn and my refrigerator shutoff replaced. Peter gave me three options. He installed the double valve at the main shutoff and then after talking about the refrigerator shutoff and telling him the stem was where the water was leaking he suggested we attempt tightening the stem. And that was all that was needed, saving me big money on that shutoff. Cleaned up and left the area as good as he found it. Scheduling was also very easy and promptly returned all my phone calls. Would use them again.

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

David (Evertrust Plumbing) was great. He gave me an estimate based on my description of what the problem was. He answered all of my questions about what the work might entail and he was quick to reply. He showed up on time and got right to work. It turned out to be pretty straightforward and he completed the job pretty quickly. His pricing was very fair. We are moving into a house in Vancouver Washington and Evertrust Plumbing is now a key contact in my files. I highly recommend his services. He is a real pro and a very nice guy.

Rob helped us with a leaking shower faucet. He was professional and courteous throughout. He explained the options for the repair and cleaned up when complete with the job. I highly recommend!

Matt was very professional in his phone communications and he was here at exactly the time he said he would be even though I didn't get my address to him more than a half hour before the appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unique shower valving system and had the repairs complete in less than a half hour. The entire time he was polite and respectful. We asked the general contractor who recently did some work for us to recommended a plumbing company to replace a toilet. This is a job I did not want to tackle myself, since the toilet to be replaced was on the second floor. The contractor recommended Meticulous Plumbing. We had already purchased a toilet and had it ready for them. Two guys came out this morning to do the work. They were both friendly and very efficient and did a great job, making sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaning up thoroughly. The lead plumber was Seth, he and his assistant were great to work with.

This place is Great! I Received a fast response and after a sending in photos of what I wanted repaired had a quote and a repair time right away. (As in Left a message Monday after hours got a qoute Tuesday Am at 7:30 and had the repairs done Friday afternoon AND under what I was Quoted!!! Victor who came to perform the repairs called and came 1/2 hr EARLY!! He was super nice and very professional.Work done was TOP SHELF!! Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.
