We moved into a house with a wrongly vented water heater - work done by 3 Mountains Plumbing years before. I called them to come out and evaluate the situation, hoping to get the venting fixed or begin a conversation about a new, shorter water heater.Alex P. came out for the initial quote and was courteous, understanding, and quick to offer a solution. Within a day, Darrell and team came out to replace the water heater - at no cost to us.In every interaction, the 3 Mountains team focused on making things right and provided excellent customer service. 10/10 would work with them again on a future project!

David and his crew installed about 100ft of new sewer line for us using bursting technique to replace badly deteriorated orangeburg pipe.

We got a response to our bid request within a day. The bid was the lowest we received.

David consistently picked up by the third ring or answered my texts within a few minutes every time throughout the process. Everything was done on the promised dates or earlier. My personal online calendar was updated with start times and who on his crew would be responsible for the various aspects of the job. Really efficient.

He shifted his schedule to fit us in to meet our real estate closing date, even to the extent of showing up on Sunday afternoon to get a head start. In spite of a couple of challenges they were all done and cleaned up the next day. By end of day I had a confirmation sewer scope video, was billed and paid the balance of the bill online.

And he has a competent, friendly crew - just nice guys that got the job done. They tolerated my curiosity well.

A quick update: The city inspected the sewer this morning (day after work completion). I was watching the inspector walking away after the inspection when David's email with the inspection sign-off report landed in my inbox, An inspection report within 5 minutes of sign-off! This guy is organized!

I am blown away by the high level of customer service, professionality, and the cost was more than reasonable. I feel like it's hard to find quality, hard-working companies these days, but wow, they absolutely blew me away. I rate them 11/10 overall.

We had an issue with our gutter drain field. Even though gutters had been cleaned, they were not draining. Smitty's workers came over and dug up the area. Found the pipe connected, a new drain pipe and a pop-up. This looks like it will take care of the problem. They did good work and were reasonably priced. They put things back as they found them. They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

Needed toilets removed during flooring install. First employee was too slow so when it was time to put them back asked for different guy who kept his pace up. Happy with Chris plus great customer service.

Gary did a wonderful job of replacing my leaking garbage disposal the day before Thanksgiving. He was quick to respond to my phone call, arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and charges reasonable rates. Plus, he's a super nice guy! I'll call him again next time I need a plumber.

Vitality removed a whirlpool tub and capped off the supply and drain pipes. As busy as he is, he's able to modify his schedule to meet ours. We were impressed by his professional yet friendly and personable approach. We have a new plumber.

I used PEX PDX to replace galvanized plumbing, including the main water line and my entire house. These two tasks were separated by me to ease the financial pain, and they were willing to accommodate this. My hybrid water heater was already set up (by a friend), and when they saw it they asked if I wanted them to redo it, and quoted a number in line with others for water heater installation. The redo looked flawless, and I’ve had no problems with plumbing, and the drywall holes were small enough that we opted to fix them ourselves. Each service was a two-day process, with installation one day (accomplished in a few hours), and inspection by the city the next. Lot of places are capable of doing this work, but the reasons to choose this place are how I was treated, and how the company treats its workers. As a woman, I’m used to being condescended to and asked if I’d like to see their pink options; these guys talked to me about symbols I painted and my rock collection. Super easy to work with and work around. When I asked what it was like to work there, they raved about the place. This is a huge relief, since I’m not interested in surrendering my hard earned dollars to a company that makes employees miserable. How can you take pride in your work if your employer is shameful? If I have other plumbing needs, I’ll call them again.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I hate to give a company 1 star really and I will leave it up to the company to improve their reputation if they simply follow through. I got off work early to meet the plumbers. The two plumbers were on time and both were nice guys we are having issues with water pressure and and had a few other small improvements and fixes we needed done. All I wanted was a quote and if all seemed well we would proceed. Wednesday right before they left the plumber said ok I write up a quote and I'll have it to you in a couple days He implied he would email it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when nothing showed up on Friday. Even Monday. I just assume he had the wrong email and called on Tuesday. The woman who answered the phone was cordial and seemed not to concerned and said she would remind the guys to send me a quote.

All week nothing. I am getting upset at this point as my wife is asking me about the progress. I call again next Tuesday and this time I sound frustrated because I am, I am not mean but I expect a company to simply do what they say and I expressed this to her. She was very apologetic this time and said I will call so and so right now and make sure he gets that to you. It has now been 3 weeks since that phone call and frankly I moved on the evening after that call when their quote by email or phone never showed up.

I wouldn't want to be in any sort of business transaction with a company that isn't able to follow through with such a seemingly simply thing. I am sure their work is good and they are perfectly capable but as a potential customer reading this these are things I would want to know ahead of time.
