Best Water Drip in Portland OR

Can't recommend them highly enough. We've been using Sutherland for years. They've done everything for us from fix a leaking graywater pipe in the crawlspace, to install a new toilet and sink, to replace a leaking hose bib, to upgrade all of the turnoff valves on the sinks so we'd actually be able to use them in case of emergency. We call them every single time because they are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing while also making sure you get the highest quality materials that won't break again in the future. I like how you can communicate with them via text before your scheduled time because they work hard to collect any necessary information IN ADVANCE of the visit, so they don't show up without the parts they need. Update: Our 1950's house needed to be repiped. Tim and Cody were upfront and did great work. The office was great in communicating with regards to cost and scheduling. I highly recommend this local company to meet your plumbing needs.

We had a family member recovering from surgery and needed a plumbing repair done on the drain of the main bath. Brit was able to help coordinate services between Tim and our family member, who now has an operational tub and no leaking water! Friendly, prompt service work upfront pricing.

Scott is the best, he came to help us out after hours until 9pm to fix the sink and faucet leak. He went above and way beyond, highly recommended!!!! Thanks Scott!!

We had an outside faucet replaced (major leaking). From first contact to the job being done, communication was fantastic. We were also given a hint to prevent this happening again anytime soon. I really appreciated the responsiveness, as I had actually scheduled this work with another company earlier. They had trouble just answering the phone. I am glad, because now I have a go-to plumbing company that is quite good!

Getting the right pricing with Fast Water heater was frustrating. I was quoted three different rates and the last bid was the highest. Tim the scheduling coordinator said that the manager applied the discount and the price was going to be reduced after original bid, however when second installer Shawn came he raised the total price. I tried contacting the manager and never received a response. Very unprofessional staff. Not recommended!

Had to shut our water off because of leaking. They showed up and quickly found the issue. Could of charged us lots but was honest about our simple issues, solved them and was on their way. Will call them again if we have other issues .
