Tim from Standard Plumbing & Heating gave us excellent service! He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right! He was able to diagnose that the leak in our bathroom was coming from the wax seal under the toilet, replaced & repaired it. Tim also took a looked at & replaced the guts of both of our toilets, which he explained needed to be done, in an understandable way and saved us money in the long run. Tim also didn’t leave a mess big mess behind, which I always appreciate. We will definitely call them in he future for all of our plumbing needs!

Called Diligent Plumbing to clean out our very slow drain. I want to say, this plumber is first class, he's honest, hard working, and pleasant. He would be the first one I will call in the future.

Zachary came on time and fixed our bathroom sink that was clogged and replaced a gasket. He was courteous and listened to understand.We had to call a plumber because we hired another company to come and unclog the drain and then they couldn't put it back together without a new leak. Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

I called Doug and left him a voicemail about the drain pipes being plugged up. He called me back early next morning and sent me an estimate to get the problem fixed. When he got there he assessed the issue and got right to work. He was quick, responsive, and honest about the whole situation. I would recommend Nash plumbing to anyone that is looking for a solid reliable plumber.

During the Feb. 2021 ice storm, my sewer decided to back up and overflowed black water onto our basement floor. The roads were iced over and I wasn't sure anyone would be able to come out. I called three places with the best reviews... one said flat out no way, and another one said they would call me back (which they did, but never gave an estimated time to come out). Clog Pro said that they were booked for the day but would call me back the next day between 8:30 and 10:00am. They called before 9:00 and estimated that someone could come out between 11:00 and 1:00, despite our power having gone out during the night. They called again just after 11:00 saying that they were on their way. Louis was able to quickly clear out the sewer line, check with video, and determine that the city had (10 years ago) replaced the pipe improperly in a way that caused slow buildup. When he was finished, he put everything back exactly as it was, including the washing machine that needed to be moved completely. I can't thank Louis and Clog Pro enough for their great work, attention to detail, timeliness, communication, and responsiveness when the city had shut down.
