I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

We had a very stubborn clog stemming from the kitchen sink/disposal and after multiple attempts to clear it, I had to bring in a Pro.
Tech came out the next morning on time, advised the game plan and cost, and went to work with snake to clear the line.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!A SERIOUSLY CLOGGED KITCHEN SINK; Plumber snake could not fix it!<< 2 HRS FROM CONTACT PHONE CALL & THE JOB WAS DONE!!!!!>>* Called Mr. Rooter around 12pm on a Saturday.* Job was done by 2pm; SAME DAY!!* George arrived promptly within the hour as Rose had promised.* At the door, he had come prepared with shoe covers, which I appreciated coz our house has light colored carpet. * After listening attentively to my explanation of the problem & what I'd done to try to troubleshoot it, he got to work.* George was very courteous, professional, efficient & knowledgeable!*He explained to me why the plumber snake didn't work to troubleshoot my kitchen sink clogging.* He flushed out our drain system in no time & showed me on camera what was causing the clogged sink. Years of food bits, gunk & eggshells in the drain system.I AM EXTREMELY RELIEVED & HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT GORGE DID!!! THANK YOU MR. ROOTER!!!!Note: PRIOR to George from Mr. Rooter coming to the rescue...2 Days of frustration..* Day 1: hired someone who didn't know what he was really doing who caused more damage.* Day 2 : Waiting 4 hours for an unreliable plumbing company who never called or showed up.I had tried to fix the problem with a plunger for hrs & that didn't work. Next day, I hired a handyman to come & fix it. He checked the P-trap, it was fine, he used 100 feet plumber snake; it didn't fix it. He went in the crawl space but didn't find what he was looking for, he removed washer/dryer closet door ,pulled out our dryer to insert the plumber snake into a pipe on the wall & it still didn't fix it. He did leave water damage under our sink cabinet, the door to the washer/dryer closet misaligned & told me I need to go rent a longer plumber snake; that's when I decided to call the professionals. A day wasted!!That evening, I made an appointment with a plumbing company (NOT MR. ROOTER). Following morning, said company, called to confirm appointment & told me they'll have technicians call before they come out between 8am - 12pm. Just before 12pm, concerned since I hadn't heard from the technicians, I called & was told I'm not the only one waiting coz they only have 2 technicians working, and they don't know when they'll be able to get to my case. Upon trying to confirm that they WILL be coming to fix it on that day, I was told that I was one of a group in the 8 to 12 window, waiting & a technician will call when he can. (A courtesy phone call earlier with this info would have been very helpful considering I'd been waiting for 4 hrs for a service that now might not happen on that day at all!!)This is when I called MR. ROOTER!! 2 hours from when I called & the job was done! As I mentioned above, OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

Heater went down and called Apollo, they sent Brandon right out to our house. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes had a quote with recommendations. He came out the next day with parts in hand fixed our heater in less then one hour! Great guy very friendly and knowledgeable, will always use Apollo for our future needs!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
