My wife and I were very happy with our experience with Sewer Renewal Specialists. There were several curveball related to our job, which resulted in the project costing more and requiring a larger work force. Even with that occurring early on, David and his team honored the original quote and were very professional throughout the job. Caesar and his entire team worked long hours and stayed until the job was done right. During a time when many companies don't go the extra mile to provide good costumer service, Sewer Renewal Specialists worked hard to do exactly that.

Great experience from the moment I called until my same day appointment ended. Friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Eddie, got right to the problem and repaired it, no messing around. I really liked that.

River City Environmental had great customer service that greets you with smiles and priority. A happy culture of local neighbors with the best prices in the area. I recommend them to anyone in need of water services.

I can't say I was impressed. They were recommended by our sewer contractor, who was not allowed to connect the vent pipe to the new sewer line. Anytime charged $500 for about 30 minutes worth of actual work (they billed for all their time, from their shop to my house, from my house to Lowes and back, then they billed the time it took for the 2nd plumber to drive out and back) and less than $50 worth of materials. They were also supposed to bid the rest of the job, but never followed up. Needless to say, I won't be calling them any time soon. No stars.

I had such confidence in Rob for my recent sewer-pipe replacement. For starters, after my initial call, he quickly came out to do the video scope and give the bid. His bid was complete and his price lower than all but one of the six other plumbing companies I carefully vetted. Plus, he is such a warm, kind, courteous, thoughtful, down-to-earth, get-it-done and fun man with an old-school charm—and decades of experience. I had already done a ton of research about the two different methods of sewer-pipe replacement, and he made sure I completely understood all that he’d be doing, and was happy to answer any questions. I felt that he really cared about his workmanship, and me. With his easygoing yet hard-working son Robbie, the sewer-pipe job took two days, just like Rob said it would. They were friendly to my neighbors, careful with my trees, protected my plants and lawn, replaced the sod in my yard, and you can’t even tell they were here. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions for sewer-pipe work and other plumbing.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Earl from A Apple was great to work with. I had some issues with the drains in our house and Earl was able to sort them out quickly and cheaply. I’m going to eventually have to re-pipe the house and plan on Earl doing the work.

Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

Grant was very professional - polite, on time. He explained everything he was doing. The office staff are very nice & professional also. I'm so happy to have a company I can go to for plumbing needs.
