Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. We will definitely use him again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Just started working with Bob as one of my subcontractors. So far, really happy with quality of the work performed by his guy Correy and have had only good encounters with Bob so far coordinating the work and choosing products and he has taken time totanswer phone and respondel to texts reguarding questions about project consistently. The fact that I haven't had any headaches or frustration working with him as a subcontractor says a lot.

As an update to this review I purchased the cartridge from Amazon and had my 32 year old daughter, who is not really familiar with plumbing (but wants to learn) install the cartridge while I supervised over facetime. It took about 15 minutes. $24 bucks vs $1550, wow!

People hire a professional, whether a plumber or any other trade, thinking that they have the skill and training to do a proper diagnosis on an issue. What your plumber did was like an auto mechanic wanting to put a new engine in a car because of a minor oil leak. I sent a picture of the outside of the shower faucet, not disassembled, to Pfister's tech email. They came back and not only identified the faucet but sent the original installation guide and were able to tell me what cartridge to replace it with. $24 on Amazon plus installation vs the $1550 quote from you. In my opinion your actions were NOT professional. And by the way you advertise on your website as a woman owned company. This could be technically correct but the only reason to make this statement is to draw in customers who may not want to deal with a rude male. When I asked to speak with the owner I expected to receive a call from the woman who owned the company. Instead I received a rude email from a rude male.

Meticulous, I don't think so. This is just another company that thinks they can take advantage of people. I asked for a plumber who could change the valve cartridge on a shower. Instead he wrote an estimate to completely replace the valve and body to the tune of over $1500, because he could not see a brand name on the outside of the valve. When I asked if he had removed the valve cover to look at the cartridge he said no but he could write an estimate to do that. That was after the company charged $89 for a service fee to get the plumber there. It would have taken 5 minutes to take the cover off, instead they highball the estimate and it did not even include patching the plaster that they cut to access the valve, which would have been another $500. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Jeremy to the rescue! Our water heater broke and flooded our basement. Once the water was mopped up, we asked our friends if they knew a good plumber and they said Jeremy is the one call. And they were right. Jeremy answered our call immediately, provided a fair quote, and came sooner than anticipated due to finishing another job early. He is friendly and personable, and got us back up and running quickly. Along the way, he provided referrals that we needed and fixed some other issues that we hadn't known about. He alerted us to potential problem areas to watch for. We highly recommend Jeremy.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Brandon was quick to respond to our plumbing issue. He made extra effort to find time in his schedule to take care of our leak. He is very conscientious and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Thanks, Brandon!

Aact Plumbing responded promptly to me when I needed help with a repair. They were professional, efficient, on-time, and easy to communicate with. Further, during this period of social distancing, they were careful about maintaining distance and took precautions (gloves and masks).

Jam Plumbing came out, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Fixed our problem quickly and was on his way. Jam Plumbing definitely is one of the best companies around to do business with.

My wife and I had a waste-water pipe rupture under out kitchen sink in the middle of the night. I called Einstein the following morning and they sent out a plumber within a couple of hours.

Kenney Bush arrived right on-time and was able to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future. I would strongly recommend Einstein, especially Kenney, to anyone looking for dedicated customer service, fair pricing, and professional expert advice. Thanks Kenney!

These guys did a great job! Came out fast and got it fixed!

I called on a Monday when after three hours of trying to unclog the bathtub drain myself I had no luck and I think I made it worse Portland Mechanical gave me some free advice about what else I could try, so that they wouldn't have to send someone out and charge me. What other plumber would do that? None that I know of except for these guys! Anyhow, his advice did help, but the bathtub was still clogged and he sent someone out within a couple of hours. Bathtub is now unclogged and working great! Very nice and reasonable for coming out on a early Monday!!! Very Helpful Plumber! Call you will not be disappointed.
