Our home failed sewer inspection due to a deteriorating concrete line running to the city main. We had 2 companies give us quotes that differed by over $10k. Due to this discrepancy we decided to seek a 3rd opinion so we called Sewer Renewal Specialists. Thank goodness we did! Not only did they come in with the cheapest quote, but their CIPP technology meant only excavating a single small trench next to the house. This not only preserved our landscaping, but our driveway as well and prevented any need for flaggers/asphalt cuts in the roadway. Taylor and Willie were professional, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend this company for both the value and as a low impact solution to sewer replacement.

The scheduler whom we worked with for the job was so courteus and professional. The team we worked with onsite day of was experienced, great communicators who helped us understand work to be done and then if there were small decisions to be made engaged us during the job, they had water to the property by the time committed, they cleaned up, and we passed the inspection the next day. They relieved all of my stress as I watched how well they worked and the quality they delivered. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering repiping their property. I was very pleased with the service, and how quickly they were able to fit me into the schedule.

Knowledgeable, professional service, both on the phone and in person. Cost was a bit higher than some, but I wanted a name I could trust. I was quite happy with the response time and the finished product. The only negative I can point out, is I met the tech at my front door, he worked in my garage the whole time, interacting with me at least twice while he was doing his work. It wasn't until the very end, when he presented me with the bill/ receipt, that he bothered to put a mask on. I found this very unsettling, as I said he did speak to me at least three times, in close proximity, without bothering to put a mask on.
