Our water heater was on its last days so I texted and left Joe a voicemail and within a couple hours had quotes and options, which was exactly what we were looking for. Coincidentally 5 days later our water heater leaked all over the garage so I texted Joe at 8:00 am hoping to get on his schedule ASAP and he was at our house at 1:00 pm SAME DAY! He had the new tank in his truck and had everything he needed and got to work putting in the new one and hauling away the old one. He was done in 2 hours and we had hot water by 4:00 pm. Thanks Joe!

Eric did an excellent job.He carefully walked thru the condition of the pipes and reasons why they need to be replaced .He also carefully considered other options for my project and came up with ideas I had not thought of.Also very polite and professional.

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. We experienced this before and knew we needed to get service ASAP. Monday morning I called PDX Sewer Solutions to help us out. Rob took my call and discuss options with me. He came over quickly (within 1-2 hours) to take a look and assess our situation. He was able to what we needed and he helped us right away. Rob was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and the price was lower than other companies we have used in the past. I am an extremely happy customer and they will be my first call the next time we need service. Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Dustin could not have been nicer or done a better job.
I highly recommend these folks, you will not be disappointed.

I have used Green Box multiple times for separate issues. They have been very quick to respond, schedule, and provide services needed. I have utilized their electrician, plumbing and HVAC. Each person I interacted with (including scheduling) was efficient and professional. I’ve had many bad experiences in the past with other companies; I am very glad I found this one. They go over and beyond to help and I found their prices to be competitive with other quotes. 10/10 recommend and will continue to use their services. We had a great experience with Park Place Plumbing. Mike came out wrote an estimate for a leaking pipe under our home. He provided us a couple options and was able to complete the repairs right away. I will definitely use Park Place again in the future for our plumbing needs.

Beau Vincelli replaced critical parts of a Toto toilet for us. He was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and competent with all work done. He was also considerate enough to fit our project into a waitlist window (important for toilet repairs). Beau was personable and courteous through the whole process as well. I highly recommend his services when the need for a professional plumber arises. We will not hesitate to call him again in the future. Support you local services.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
