We had a somewhat unusual plumbing project. Zach did a great job in assessing what needed to be done & then did an excellent job in the implementation. He arrived both days at the time promised, and was respectful of the household (gently placing our grumpy kitty back inside). I plan to use Central Air fir future projects.

We’ve loved Apollo so far! Very responsive and easy to schedule (unlike a more expensive service we used nearby in town for some HVAC work previously). Devin came out to our house for a drain line evaluation, and he was thorough and easy to talk to. We love their automated messages that text us when they are en route and provide a map of current location. Highly recommend!

I had to have my entire sewer line replaced under the house, and outside to connect to the main line. Additionally, I had my water line completed at the same time. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with Cornel's. The folks doing the work took their time to do a great job, and communicate everything with me very thoroughly. They were incredibly professional and I felt so good about the quality of work they they did! It was a big project for a small residential home that required a lot of digging under the house. The whole project timeline for both water and sewer was about 2 weeks and I was happy to have been able to work with them over that time. There were many folks doing great work - Juan, Mike, Frankie, Freddy, and Landon were all excellent! I know there were others, please know that I appreciated your work as well and just don't remember everyones names. Additionally, they worked with me to make it more affordable. Do yourself a favor and read the other 1 star reviews. I don't write 1 star reviews often. And I've taken a week to really consider whether I should but I wished I would have taken the other reviews to heart and hired someone else.

I recently moved into a new place in Portland and had 2 simple tasks for a plumber. Connect a cold water line to my water filter and assemble 2 bidets to the toilets. My plumber in Seattle did these things in less than an hour and charged me $50. It was a completely different story with Detemple. Tom V took 4 hours and charged me $744!

The water filter didn't take too long but Tom said the bidets didn't fit my toilets too well. One he got to work and the other he decided to go back to the shop and find a new toilet seat and it really doesn't fit like it should but he decided he'd force it and spend 3 hours on this job.

Unfortunately, my building only allows residents to use 2 plumbing companies. The other had worse reviews so I've let them know my experience and have requested that residents be allowed to find another company with much better reviews.

Worst service ever and overbilled. Total rip-off. Top tip: avoid.

Was quoted a cheaper price by home depot then what the technician told me. But home depot did not know I was not code compliant, and did say that the price is subject to change upon a technician diagnostic. I am assuming the first quote is if nothing needs to be changed but the water heater itself. So although it was more than the initial quote from home depot I was not surprised as most older water heaters need repairs to other parts connected to the heater to be compliant and up to date or repaired in general. So not mad, but home depot should make that fine print (of being subject to change based on what your specific needs are,) into bigger print so peoples expectations of quotes are more aligned.

Terrible customer service. Abandoned job after hours of waiting because they were too lazy to look for parking downtown.

All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency. A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.
