Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. What started out as a simple kitchen faucet replacement got complicated with a mistake on the part of the manufacturer. But Erin and Tamara did what they could to make it right and get me back in service again. These folks care and I really recommend them.

I called on a Monday when after three hours of trying to unclog the bathtub drain myself I had no luck and I think I made it worse Portland Mechanical gave me some free advice about what else I could try, so that they wouldn't have to send someone out and charge me. What other plumber would do that? None that I know of except for these guys! Anyhow, his advice did help, but the bathtub was still clogged and he sent someone out within a couple of hours. Bathtub is now unclogged and working great! Very nice and reasonable for coming out on a early Monday!!! Very Helpful Plumber! Call you will not be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Abandoned job after hours of waiting because they were too lazy to look for parking downtown.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
