He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. He had our leak fixed quickly and at a phenomenal rate. We live in Oregon City and will only be working with Nichols Plumbing moving forward.

Just started working with Bob as one of my subcontractors. So far, really happy with quality of the work performed by his guy Correy and have had only good encounters with Bob so far coordinating the work and choosing products and he has taken time totanswer phone and respondel to texts reguarding questions about project consistently. The fact that I haven't had any headaches or frustration working with him as a subcontractor says a lot.

I had a plumber come out for a non-emergency slow leak, and they were able to get to me very quickly. They came out just a few days after my call and the plumber was very polite and professional. Also very fast! The job was done in no time and cost very little. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again if something comes up.

Terrific Work, at a very reasonable price! Definitely my new plumber! I had a major faucet leak in my shower that I couldn't get any help with for three days, and the soonest anyone would come out was three days from today.
-This morning I called Panda Plumbing, spoke with Jeremy, and he came out and fixed my problem within about an hour after our initial conversation. He did fantastic work, at a great rate, and also showed me what the issue was, and how to fix it myself if the problem arises again!

I talked to Jeremy to get an estimate to fix a leak in my crawl space. He was completely transparent about cost and pricing and helped me troubleshoot some issues and gave me some advice over the phone. Also, he was willing to get in touch with another plumber who previously provided me a quote to see what the best solution would be. Great, honest company!

Was crossing the street in Salem today and their truck didn't even slow down while I was halfway across the street. I would never hire them for a job.

(Modified review: At least a representative from the company called to apologize for the extreme inconvenience.) Worst experience ever. I called the day before to set an appointment, telling them clearly we were located on an upper floor. I called the day of service to verify the time, clearly stating that I was staying in town only until they arrived. The driver called to say he was on the way. I again verified we were there. He then called to say that parking was a problem downtown. I gave him various options, including two spots I could see from the window. I told him how I had waited all day for the appointment. He called back and said it was just too much trouble. Outrageous. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if possible.
