Best Meter Installation in Portland OR

Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. 😉

Went through Repipe Specialists for the job, and PEX Plumbing did the work. Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are.

Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't frost free.)

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

I believe the plumbers name was Doug, if not it was Dave. He was very professional and courteous. He got the repair finished in a short time.
This is the first time I have used Apolo and based on this experience, I would recommend them.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

personable, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I've used them three times now. Justin came by this morning and replaced my leaking garbage disposal. As with everyone I've dealt with there, he was very friendly and did good work.

They advertise that other plumbers are bozos because other plumbers have horrible quality of service. I think it is very unprofessional to just say in an advertisement that competing companies are bozos who have poor quality of service just so you can make yourself look better. No good reason to insult all other competing companies. Just be professional instead of acting like children in something like advertising. Makes me sad to see that a company thinks this a good way to highlight their business. They can still say that they have good quality of service, but please don't insult others for your own gain, especially when you are just telling a lie.

Anthony was very helpful. Excellent and speedy service and very knowledgeable of the problem that was dealt with. Met and exceeded all requirements. And also gave us information moving forward. Would highly recommend Lovett's employees and their company services in the future.
