I wish I could rate them on their work but they cancelled my appointment at the last minute and tried to reschedule for the next week. We have a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our dining room. I told them we couldn’t wait and we took the afternoon off to be their for the appt. He said the best they could do was come out early next week. He said it was put in wrong and not marked urgent. When I said it was wrong that they cancelled our appt and was told “we didn’t cancel your appt” when I asked if they were coming out he said no, we can come out next week. I said then you are cancelling my appt. Will NOT use them again.

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Mike and his crew were super great! They came out right away and diagnosed the issue and came when they said they would. They did awesome work for a reasonable rate. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

I recieved a professional, curteous, timely and fairly priced service to remove a clog in the pipe leading from my gutters to the storm drain.

Ken was the very best plumber that we have ever encountered. He was recommended by our good neighbor, and sure enough he was not only a really pleasant gentleman but also a highly knowledgeable plumber with reasonable fee (surely less than I expected based on our prior experience). I would definitely go back to him when we have any plumbing issue.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

After other plumbing outfits had to schedule us several days out, we reached out to Scott and he was over within a couple of hours. He unclogged our kitchen sink drain, repaired a drain valve that while functional had not been installed correctly, and gave us a proper fitting disposal stopper as ours was not the correct one for our unit. After fixing everything he tested the disposal and the dishwasher to make sure everything was functioning properly. All this while bearing the heat on the hottest day of the year. We're very appreciative of Scott's ability to be able to quickly help us in our time of need, would call him again should the need arise and heartily recommend his services to potential customers.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
