Rob and his son were extremely professional and responsive. We had a challenging (in my opinion) problem where we were losing water somewhere between the house and water meter. Rob came out immediately and started work shortly after that and was there for 3 days until it was done. Even after some unexpected things happened, he came up with solutions and left everything looking better than it did before. Rob is a cool dude and a good human. There is no question that this is the guy you go with.

They are willing to explain the problem In a kind and professional way and get it fixed on time. They also were able to send a plumber at 5 PM so I could still go to work. I would definitely recommend Apollo heating and air conditioning. My AC unit went out this summer, so I got 5 bids to replace both my AC and furnace. Apollo’s pricing was right in the middle, but Mario seemed more knowledgeable and a little more professional than the 2 cheaper bids. Antonio came out and instructed his crew, which consisted of Aaron, Cedrick and Dennis on the work. The 3 man crew (plus Antonio) knocked it outta the park. I appreciate their attitudes, willingness to work with me and their drive to get the 2 day job done in 1 day. They explained everything to me and showed me how to work everything. Anthony was our plumber and he did not disappoint. On 8 days of work he got an emergency call on Sunday that we had a clogged pipe problem. We had a birthday dinner to get to as well we thought we’d for sure have to cancel. He came from DEEP in Washington to service us in Portland. He was fast very professional, and on top of the plumbing problem he had to deal with a landlord that didn’t know what he was talking about. We made the dinner and honestly he saved our whole weekend. So thank you Anthony and all your incredible work!!!!
