Best Industrial Cleaning in Portland OR

Called them because my pipes froze and when I went under the house to unfreeze them I realized one was leaking. I wanted to get the pipe replaced. They did show up same day which was nice but basically told me there was nothing they could do (not really sure why) and it would either be $250 for him to just show up and do nothing, or another $150 for him to go in the crawl space and look at it. I didn't want to pay $250 for him to show up and leave so I went in the crawl space with him and pointed out where I knew it was leaking from, since this was hours since I'd defrosted it it was refrozen and not leaking, he took some pictures and left. Cost me almost $400, didn't offer to fix anything, just said he'd get me a quote next week about replumbing the whole house. Today the pipes unfroze and suprise its still broken in the exact spot I showed him. Now its gushing water and I had to shut off water to the whole house. Out $$ and still have the exact problem I called about. They're closed today so can't even get ahold of them to get them back out to fix the original problem. Feel ripped off.

Called Portland gas piping to get a quotation for a new gas line installed in my kitchen. The office manager (Michelle) was very helpful and knowledgeable. My job was simple enough to qualify for their strd pricing over the phone. I was a little worried about getting a quotation over the phone sight unseen, but the Tech did the job in about a half a day and the quote stayed as promised. No extra hidden fees, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Passed inspection on the 1st try. These guys were great! Highly recommend Portland Gas Piping

I recently had the displeasure of needing to replace my furnace and A/C unit in my home that I purchased almost 20 years ago. My displeasure turned in to a pleasure when I was referred to Caliber by a neighbor. I am so happy I chose Lovett when I learned my sewer drain needed to be replaced. Ken Williams and team were meticulous with details, kind and professional, and were responsive when I had questions. Ken went the extra mile to, at my request, communicate with my ex-husband about his plans, giving me more confidence is the suggested approach. Fun little story- a baby raccoon got caught in one of the excavated holes overnight, a first for Lovett. It turns out baby raccoons make very loud squealing noises while under duress. When the crew arrived the next morning, we chatted, they figured out the issue and actually stopped work for over an hour to build a ramp and wait for the baby to climb and reunite with its mama. YOu can't go wrong with this team!

Their employees drive dangerously in their company rigs. Weaving in & out of stop & go traffic, cutting off loaded trucks, forced multiple rigs onto the shoulder. Near West Linn on 205 on 7/6/22.
