When the hot water line behind our sink burst, after hours, Clark County Plumbing and Drain came out within the hour. I’d think that any after-hours plumber would be in a bad mood and do the minimal amount of work, but instead they sent one of their best. He knew exactly why it burst (manufactured defect) and that there had been a recall for it, too. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he didn’t stop at the easy fix. He searched around after capping the line and found that our exterior sink bib, which hadn’t shown any visible leaks to us yet, was also starting to leak. His thoroughness (after hours!) saved us from even more extensive repairs. I can’t recommend this company enough. Oh, and with all that, the price was incredibly fair. CCP&D is a win-win choice.

I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet. I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

They were easy to schedule, with availability in just a couple days. Good communication, texting and calling with updates on technician arrival time.Tyler and Sean assessed the situation and got right to work jetting out my floor drain. They explained what was happening & options to fix it.They were pleasant & professional, cleaned up everything when done. I will definitely use Apollo Plumbing again!

Thank you Anna, Nick and Treven! I had a great experience with this company. There was a leak in my main line that was getting worse and could of ended up a major problem. I hired a leak detection company and knew where the leak was coming from. I saw there reviews for this company and decided to call them. They're a small family owned business and I spoke with Anna. She said that they were currently in the middle of something and would call back. She called back when she said she would and let me talk with Nick, who after I explained the situation in detail gave me a very fair estimate. Treven came on time and I showed him the area. I thought that he might have to cut into the driveway but he dig it out with out hurting the asphalt. The problem was fixed and they were done in less than an hour and a half. I was discounted the estimated price for breaking and replacing the asphalt. Great team. Would recommend them and use them again if I ever have a problem in the future.

Mike came to our home and replace the part in the toilet tank, along with replacing parts in the shower. He was professional on arriving, he identified myself and was appropriately dress with protective footwear. He was knowledgeable about his profession. I called Meticulous Plumbing to fix a clogged claw foot shower/tub faucet after the city had done some water work in the neighborhood which caused problems for several fixtures in my home. The receptionist was very helpful and professional. The plumber arrived early and was friendly. He spent about 10 minutes taking the faucet apart to determine it was clogged internally (which I has told him before hand, but I understand his need to verify) and spent about 10 minutes trying to run wire through the fixture at which point he told me that a new faucet will be needed. He made a call and informed me it would be $550 dollars to replace. He said this price was so hefty because it was a custom fixture and would be hard to find. This seemed exceedingly expensive to me and I wanted to research other options so we went separate ways, but not before I was charged a $70 dispatch fee. I contacted a neighborhood handyman later that day who managed to completely unclog the fixture in only 15 minutes, his charge was $30. When I contacted Meticulous Plumbing I expected thoroughness and experience, but what I got was something else entirely. Out of curiosity I later visited local hardware stores and searched online retailers for an appropriate faucet replacement and found them easily available locally for $75 - $150 dollars, and even cheaper through major online retailers, If I could find such retail pricing so effortlessly why couldn't they have access to something similar or cheaper through a wholesaler? I am stunned regarding their pricing, which would have been over $600 dollars (including dispatch fee) when an amateur solved the problem in 15 minutes without any parts or special tools. I feel badly incriminating the plumber who was dispatched because he was friendly and courteous, but I strongly feel this job should have easily fallen within the expertise and experience of any professional plumber.

They did everything that their ads say they do and the are professional from start to finish.
My family's personal experience with them involved the drywall guys missing a hole behind the fridge and it taking my wife and I a couple of weeks to discover this and when we called to schedule them to come back and get it taken care of they showed up a couple hours later and had the work completely finished without any complaint or issue.
I have talked to several friends and family members about repyping with them because they are worth the money because they do it right and they do a great.

I contacted D & F Plumbing to help me with my shower remodeling project. I wanted an experts assistance with replacing the shower mixing valve and re-installing shower drain over fiberglass pan. They've sent a total of 3 plumbers out to work on what I thought was a relatively simple project. Plumber #1 misunderstood what I needed him to do and so ended up quoting me a dramatically cheaper price than what I paid (ended up DOUBLE what was estimated) and could not complete the work on the day he came. Plumber #2 completed the job, but I could hear him complaining about it while on the phone with someone else (I mean, seriously?!). Plumber #3 had to be called out because the job plumber #2 completed ended up leaking into the room below the firs time we used the shower because it was completed improperly. Plumber #3 has been the most helpful and responsive. As a result of the diagnostic work and testing that plumber #3 needed to do, the drywall in the ceiling below the bathroom developed a large bubble, which plumber #3 said the company would repair at no cost to me. Well, it has been weeks (months?) since this agreement was made and I still have no ceiling repair. I'm not really sure what the deal is with this company, but I would not recommend them for anything at this point. Their estimates were way off, the work was shoddy and damaged our house, and have been slow to non-responsive to doing the agreed upon repairs.
