Best Hot Water Heater in Portland OR

Joe called me a liar and told me I was clueless, all within 5 minutes of reaching out to him for help! Really difficult to work with, could probably do with a sales person as his attitude is pretty poor.

I sent him 6 photos of the water heater, which is located in a closet making it difficult to photograph well. I attempted to speak with him on the phone to clear up the issues, and he doubled down on his accusations. It is certainly a unique approach to customer service!

I called another plumber afterwards who were at my place in 30 minutes. Don't waste your time here.

3 Mountains have been wonderful to work with. Thomas was awesome. They identified a pretty major problem with our pipes and in our crawl space. They fixed it quickly, helped with financing and were polite and professional. We are very happy with the work and experience.

Second time I've had Terry out to do work. First was to replace the drain under a sink and the second was to replace a broken water main. Both times I've been very satisfied with the work as well as the price. I highly recommend TMP!

Gary may have a good personality, but he does not have enough knowledge and skills for such plumbing service, although he has been worked for relatively long time. After his first service a simple broken pipe in the crawlspace of my home finally lead to about $2000 repairing finished by another plumbing company. Very bad service that I have had so far. Strongly suggest not to call Gary for a similar service!!!

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

Jason, Gaven, and Enrique did a very nice job. They were very quick and installed all new pipes in just one day. Our hot water pressure has never been better!

We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that aren't filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one day's notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other unit's water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

I called Park Place Plumbing in dire need of some plumbing work and they came when nobody else would. Very professional, great work, will definitely use again!!

Vincelli Plumbing was the only plumbing business to answer their phone during our emergency call! Our washing machine was leaking water out of the hoses. My husband turned off the water main to stop the leak. So, no water, no sinks, no toilets.
Only one 24 hour emergency plumbing service answered the phone, but could not send anyone out. I made about 25 calls to try to get plumbing service, then I found Vincelli Plumbing. Thank goodness!!!! He saved the day and fixed the water supply line and did not charge extra for the rushed service. I offered to pay him double just to get him to squeeze us into his sechedule. He refused the extra money and insisted on charging us his regular rate. His rates are very reasonable and his knowledge and expertise are superior. I give him 100 stars! From now on, he is the only plumber we will ever use!!!

Great experience. Easy to get an appointment with and had flexible times too. They also charged me a fair price for the repair I got done. I know that when I need to use someone again in the future i’ll be giving them a call. Thanks for helping get my hot water back up guys!

The boiler in our 8-plex broke down in January 2021. It took DeTemple until October, or so, to finally put in a new one. It worked well for a few months and then it has been one problem after another. Went, again, for a couple months with no heat. When they came out, the heat worked too well and held at a steady 80⁰. They came back out and it stopped working again in our unit but it's still hot in another. They have been out a few more times, still not fixed. This last time, they've stopped even trying to schedule a time to come out. I do not recommend DeTemple. I'm thankful that they're not being paid out of my pocket. Can't even imagine what the apartment owner is having to pay.

Called on Sunday afternoon with a broken water heater. New one was installed before noon on Monday. Ryan was super helpful on the phone getting our quote and getting us scheduled. I did have to hold about 15 minutes for one caller ahead of us, but it was well worth the wait. The next day Caleb was on time and professional and did a great job getting us hooked up. The installation looks clean and professional. The final price was a little more on Monday as we needed a new stand and opted for the addition of an emergency shut-off. I used their service through Home Depot because I wanted to use my Home Depot card to pay.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
