Joe did an AMAZING job! We had found out today that our water heater had been leaking, possibly for at least a day or two, and no one noticed. We called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe’s text-based communication was quick, concise, and led us to getting a quote which was fantastic. Even though we had just contacted him, he was able to come out and perform a same-day replacement of our broken water heater. He was personable and friendly which made the experience that much better. Especially since our water heater sits behind PVC pipe that can make installation of a new one more annoying than usual (you can see it blocking part of the bottom of the newly installed water heater in the picture). I highly recommend him as it was quality work for a last minute call.

Leaking water heater. Took less than 2 hours from me calling to having a new heater with great warranty. Andrey helped today and was awesome. I’ve never had a bad experience with them.

Great service from start to finish. Scheduler was pleasant and got right back to me. Terry arrived on time. Explaining everything to me and also showed me how to turn water off at street if we ever needed to do this. While he was on site he asked if I needed anything else done. I now know who to call for expert professional plumbing services.

Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

We were paired with Pex through Repipe Soecialists. The first day two guys came and did the job in one day. Somewhat friendly, somewhat professional. It wasn’t until a few hours after they left that we started noticing some things that weren’t fixed. The main thing they forgot to navigate was making sure our water was running in all areas of the house. After paying over $6,000 we had new pipes, but no running water to our clothes washer or bathroom sink.

After calling the company, they sent three people over a couple days later. Upon arrival, two of the boys had attitudes (like we had done something wrong) for requesting they finish their work. They also told us that the person who wrote the contract had made a mistake and that it would be an extra $1,900 to complete the work. We again called their company again to ask what they had to say, they then called the boys at our house; next thing we know the three boys were getting to work.

The didn’t say a word to us, just started moving furniture and cutting holes in drywall. Our utility sink wall is obliterated, floor to ceiling cut out of drywall. Can’t help but feel like a few spoiled brats didn’t like being told on so they took it out on my house. They were gone in 2 hours, even though they tried to charge us $1,900!?!

Will never use the services of Pex or Repipe Specialists again. What a headache!

I could not be more happy with the work they did, they also did a FREE crawl space inspection which was unexpected. Beau just left my house seconds ago and I feel so compelled to give him a great 5 star review immediately. As a homeowner, it feels so good when you know you've got a skilled technician you know you would use for any future needs, whether it be a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. I know I've found my plumber and I like that feeling a lot. Beau is incredibly friendly and generous with his time and knowledge. He quickly fixed the issue but then he also talked through other things to be aware of as specifically relates to my house and plumbing for the future. He coached me on addressing plumbing emergencies in the future, he looked at a totally unrelated question I had and helped me better understand it. I don't believe he charges an estimate fee but regardless we just fixed it on the spot once he looked at it and diagnosed it. Of the companies we called, he was also the fastest to respond (and the only with a free estimate). He is an owner operator and I am a more confident home owner knowing that I can call him and refer others to him.

Equality coffee stands behind their products I’ve had a water heater for the name for the past two years I don’t know where it started to leak it’s a Rheem hot water heater call them they’re gonna be out in less than two hours they kind of people I would always want to deal with and recommend

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
