Installed an EV charger and they got me in super quick! It would’ve been next day but I had things planned. Pricing was upfront and didn’t deviate. Jeremy did the installation and he was professional and timely!

Always had a great experience here, lots of nifty hardware items. These folks have always been very friendly and helpful. I recommend them often, now I'm doing it here too.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance for a quote because they were booked. They called the day before the appointment and canceled saying they weren't taking any new work. Super rude. Wasted two weeks when I could have found someone else.

Fantastic service. On time, courteous, professional. Entire job completed within two hours.
