Be careful when on the road next to one of their trucks. They don’t care about who’s riding next to them at all. Truck 23 cut me off on N Marine, the guy is driving while on his phone and ran me into on coming traffic merging into my lane without using an indicator light. I understand there’s traffic and you have jobs to get too, but not at the expense of other families. I hope they do gps tracking, he slams on his breaks and is driving like a mad man. I will not be calling them for my plumbing needs after this.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Great experience. Scheduling was very easy, and Max, our plumbing technician was absolutely the best. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the fix in detail. Max was very personable and upbeat, and obviously knew his stuff.

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Green Box Mechanical recently re-plumbed my 9-plex. It was a large, complicated job (as there were tenants in the units). The job went very smoothly, the Green Box plumbers were professional and did quality work. I recommend them and would use them again.

Our 100 year old house had the problems associated with a century of life. The furnace was from the 70's and the sewer lines have needs of their own, including the long way the outflow has to travel from the house to the street. Long pipes provide many opportunities for problems and we had on at one of the joints, root intrusion and pretty profound pipe separation. We called Apollo because we have used them to clear the drains and most recently to install a new furnace. We got the problem diagnosed, scheduled and installed within a week and the crew of Tyler, Patrick and (money-man) Chad were fast, efficient, informative, polite, responsive and when there was something unexpected, they made sure that it was their problem not ours. A 7 foot deep hole was dug, the pipe was repaired and we were flushing with impunity within about six hours. Very happy with the service and the crew that brought it to us!

In March/April, I had a plumbing leak under my house. I called Meticulous Plumbing to repair the leak. Erin was professional and very transparent with the quote and the worked that needed to be done. After much back and forth with the remediation company, Erin was finally able to complete a temporary fix on both the kitchen drain and a hot water line. She explain to me that the plumbing was very old and need to be updated (mixture of galvanized and pvc), since Erin was familiar with the house layout, I had Meticulous provide a quote for a whole house update.

Fast forward to August..... Meticulous just completed my whole house update and did a fantastic job. Seth and Josh were very professional throughout the whole process, giving me daily updates on their progress and were able to answer any questions that I had.

From the office personnel (Anne and Tamara) to the craftspeople of Erin, Seth and Josh, Meticulous has a fantastic team and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Since, I have a newly plumbed housed, I probably won't need them in the future :-), but I would definitely hire them again!

So happy we discovered Happy Plumbing. Leslie is the one you will be lucky to get on the phone when you call. Can’t say I’ve experienced a more personable and caring problem solver like her in years. The crews she sends out are always on time and incredibly friendly and courteous. And to show how classy they are, when they couldn’t easily replace our worn-out specialty water heater, they didn’t try to upsell us. Instead Leslie recommended another plumber without hesitation who she said was the best in Portland at tricky water heater installations. That kind of honesty and integrity is true care that customers like me never forget.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
