Getting an appointment on the morning I called, not to mention within an hour of my call, Reyna showed up and completed the job efficiently and professionally. It's comforting to know there's a business out there that takes pride and care for their customers-new and reoccurring.

Fat and efficient.

The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

I used Terry Massey Plumbing back in 2008 for a complete 2 bathroom and kitchen install. The job was completed on time and their team was willing to work within an askew schedule. Thank god. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an exceptional, honest, affordable plumber.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

Alan was knowledgeable and courteous. We couldn’t have found a better person to ask about a possible issue with our very old toilet.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

We've used these folks for years, had to use others when they were swamped with calls, and gone back to them; NEVER dissatisfied!
We used them in our old house, where the kitchen sink faucet had slipped out of its mounting; the gentleman let me know how to get the cheapest, highest quality & most exact, best-fitting replacement (hint: it wasn't on his truck that day), and he installed it for labor only.
In our newer house, another one of their gentlemen fixed the P-trap from our kitchen faucet when it leaked, letting us know why it was happening, and that it would happen again. Nevertheless, their work lasted for 1.5 years! When it happened again and they were too busy (holidays or a rain rush, I believe), we went with someone else & their work lasted almost five months. We went with the others again out of convenience, and they corroborated the installation problem & that this would happen again, but tried to sell either major kitchen rebuilding to lower the drain in the wall, or taking out the garbage disposal by calling it trendy. Yuk; had the other guys fix it without heroic measures again, and this time the their work lasted just less than a MONTH!!!
Enough! We had always been happy with All Pro Plumbing, and even if they had to charge to drive in from Hillsboro, even if we had to wait for them to be available, their second opinion, their consumer-oriented honesty & their lack of upsell HAD to be better than what we had been getting with the other guys.
So we called, got a third gentleman from All Pro Plumbing out THAT DAY (phew!), who corroborated that either a new lower drain hole needed to go into the wall or the garbage disposal needed to come out. The latter was his recommendation, even though it would make them less money, with a much more practical why than the other guys:
Basically, chopping food pieces smaller doesn't make them go down old pipes better, it just lets food bits get jammed in smaller places to build up anyway. We should all, always, have been composting solid food waste so it didn't go down the drain. That's not trendy; I take it as common sense!
I had to get approval from all concerned members of the household for such a big change, but his explanation worked much better for us than the other guys' pandering, and we elected to get it done.
Two points on getting it done:
FIRST, without approval, the gentleman from All Pro Plumbing couldn't get it done that day, but because it was something misidentified over the phone as a quick & easy fix, he DIDN'T charge for the initial visit (which, coming from Hillsboro to Portland, usually starts at at least the first hour of labor). That was above and beyond, definitely wasn't (and I feel, shouldn't be) expected, and ENSURED that we would call them back to schedule once a decision was made!
SECOND, as all good plumbers do, they got busy, and their next availability was at the end of the week (when he had just visited at the beginning of the week).
That said, the same gentleman showed up bright & early Friday morning with a friendly smile on his face, ready to get to work. And he did, hauling off the old disposal when he was done, and leaving us with a much more functional, leak-proof, properly graded* PVC line away from the sink.
*(Going, other than the P-trap, consistently DOWN so water doesn't pool and eventually leak through pipe joints.)
In his work, he also noticed that the drain line from the dishwasher was improperly spooled on the floor under the sink, and properly hung it: just solved a problem unrelated to the original call, without making it a whole other issue!
I was once again impressed when All Pro Plumbing called us back a week later TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS WORKING AS EXPECTED (to which we heartily said YES!).
If All Pro Plumbing is available, we won't go back to another plumber in the Portland area again!

He was awesome. Called because my upstairs bathroom shower drain pipe broke. None of the other companies I called could come out for at least a week. He fit us in his schedule the next day. Showed up when he said he would and replaced the broken part. Will definitely use this company again.

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

I am a repeat customer. Green Box is very good at what they do.

Repairmen were very informative and helpful. Willing to anwser all questions and fixed our problem in good time.

Had a great experience with Meticulous Plumbing last week. My inline shower faucet broke and I could not get the water to turn up. I called and they came out within two hours (thank goodness someone had a cancellation) and my repair guy had it fixed within the hour. Super courteous, professional and he told me exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost up front. Great dealing with a company that values integrity.

Avoid Happy's Plumbing by all means. The owner; Jack is extremely ill tempered and disrespectful. I cant believe people like that are even allowed to have a CCB license. His prices wont make you happy and his profanity and insults don't add any value to the deal.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
