These guys were great. The Inspection/estimate/bid for a new sewer line, was very clear, with no hidden costs involved. Edgar, Freddy and Jordan were a very personable crew. Very fun to work with. They paid attention to detail throughout the job. I knew things would proceed just fine after they showed initial concern for my street trees. Generally, I do all my plumbing myself, but I plan on contacting Cornel's, if the projects I have planned for this winter become to much for me.

These guys are awesome. Professional, very responsive, very reasonable. I clogged my kitchen sink on Thanksgiving day and in trying to unclog it myself (bad idea) I had it backing up into my washing machine. I called the next day to see if they were open and had anyone available and Chris was at my house within an hour of calling in. He was very friendly, knew exactly what he was doing and had my sink unclogged within 20 minutes, stuck around to make sure I could get the washer drained AND it did not cost me a small fortune. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to everyone I know and won't hesitate to call them again for all of my plumbing needs.

We had some issues getting hot water to our shower. Chris came out to take a look and found it was a simple setting in the valve feeding the shower. A simple turn of a dial resulted in a simple fix. When I asked what I owed him, he responded with “a good review”. Thank you for coming out and helping us quickly resolve our issue. We will be calling Service Plus anytime we have problems in the future!

Had a leak that was causing severe damage to the floor in the bathroom. Started calling around to plumbers Friday late afternoon. No other plumbing companies even returned our calls. Patrick was willing to drive from Vancouver to Warren after hours to fix the issue. He did it happily and made the experience a little less painful. Since he realized my super powers!!! It not taking life to seriously.

He fixed the leak and a couple other smaller issues within a couple hours. We understood that it was Friday night after 9pm by the time he was able to leave, the bill was what was expected. 😬. Thanks for everything.

Wes did a fantastic job on fixing our guest bathroom toilet blockage. He was on time, fast, and hard working. We had some special requests in working with our home warranty company - which is not a pleasant experience if you've ever been through it - but Wes had a good attitude about it nonetheless.
