Serviced two of our properties on one site visit. Very accommodating to all our Covid-19 concerns. Travis showed proof of vaccination and wore a mask at all times. Very thorough, professional, clean, knowledgeable, polite, and informative. Taught us how to keep our plumbing trouble free. Very careful of our hardwood floors and carpets, even carried dirty equipment a few feet onto tarps.Will use this service every time!

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.
