Best Drain Cleaner in Portland OR

I had a clean out that was overflowing during the hottest unbearable 110 degree heat. Brooks came out and worked hard to take care of me. He couldn’t fix it and called someone who was close by to bring the high pressure machine, no extra charge. They both tried again. They couldn’t fix it but it wasn’t their fault. They marked the spot where the cameras stopped. They were great and did all they could. Had it been fixable by them, there’s no doubt they would’ve done it. I would use them again and recommend them.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Terrible experience. Find another company.

Negative experience. Very sad that I used them. Charged for their 'drive time' versus the actual 'work time' which translated to 1.5 hrs for 20 minutes of work. At their rate of $135/hr, that meant a real rate of $600/hr. Yikes. Nick said the best solution was to rebuilt the guts of a 2014 American Standard toilet....really? And he did not have the basic parts and had to go get them. American Standard is the basic model they recommend and were informed in advance that it was the one to be fixed....yet no parts on his truck, even though he said that he came from their supply warehouse directly to my residence.
If you need plumbing service, my advice is to go to another company!!

If you use Grumpy’s service it will be you who is grumpy. I had them come in September to clean my drains. Soon thereafter it rained and the drains were plugged again. I thought perhaps it was my fault because some moss was left in the drains when I had the roof cleaned. That was not the case. I called them again, but this time I observed their attempt to blow the drain out. Their technician, the same one who performed the first service, could not even get his equipment down the drain where there are 90 degree turns. He tried for 30 minutes and could not perform the service. Now I was confronted with digging up the line and finding the obstruction myself. It took significant time, but it did find the problem and it was extensive. Years of fir needles were compacted in the pipe right before it entered the drain field. When confronting Rita at Grumpy’s she assures me that the drain was clean in September. That was impossible. I observed that they could not even get their equipment to the site of the clog and when I removed it the blockage was extensive.

Advise - save yourself the aggravation and use someone more trustworthy and honorable.

Travis and his team did a repair of a drain pipe under the concrete floor of our finished basement. This involved jackhammering, replacing the pipe and repouring concrete (about a 4 day job). It's one of the worst repairs a homeowner can have to go through, but working with Executive Drains made the work go smoothly and as painless as possible. This is a family-run business with 40+ years of experience, and you simply won't run into kinder people. Highly recommend them for any type of plumbing work!

We had a leak in our main water line from the street into the house. Jordan and Landon were awesome! Responsive, professional and extremely helpful. Did a terrific job and were very reasonable on the price. Highly recommend them!!!!
