David and his crew installed about 100ft of new sewer line for us using bursting technique to replace badly deteriorated orangeburg pipe.

We got a response to our bid request within a day. The bid was the lowest we received.

David consistently picked up by the third ring or answered my texts within a few minutes every time throughout the process. Everything was done on the promised dates or earlier. My personal online calendar was updated with start times and who on his crew would be responsible for the various aspects of the job. Really efficient.

He shifted his schedule to fit us in to meet our real estate closing date, even to the extent of showing up on Sunday afternoon to get a head start. In spite of a couple of challenges they were all done and cleaned up the next day. By end of day I had a confirmation sewer scope video, was billed and paid the balance of the bill online.

And he has a competent, friendly crew - just nice guys that got the job done. They tolerated my curiosity well.

A quick update: The city inspected the sewer this morning (day after work completion). I was watching the inspector walking away after the inspection when David's email with the inspection sign-off report landed in my inbox, An inspection report within 5 minutes of sign-off! This guy is organized!

Terry is a straight shooter. His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.
Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.
It is rare to find someone who does things right the first time and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you Terry and son.

My bathtub was backed up with sewage in my apartment. Scottie from Mr. Rooters was over here asap to fix it after I alerted my property management that I was concerned about it over flowing as it had filled up fast in a matter of a couple hours! He was friendly, polite and efficient! He cleared the clog and even cleaned out the tub for me that had been full of gross water and debris! Thank you so much for your help Scottie!

Hands down, the best service I have come across in a long time. That seems hard to come by these days... I've worked with contractors before and this was a completely different experience. Honestly, I was waiting to get hit with a huge quote but it was actually really reasonable and there were even a few different options they had for me to chose from. They took care of the job right away and were very professional. Good guys and I would highly recommend them.

Called on the morning of December 24th with a burst pipe. They scheduled the repair for Xmas morning. Xmas morning they left a voicemail saying, We don't have a plumber available to do that so we cancelled your appointment. At that point, everyone was closed for the 25th and 26th. Here on the 27th, everyone is backlogged. So we're dealing with numerous days with no toilet, shower, sink, including Xmas day. If they had just told us they couldn't do it when we first called, we would have found someone else.

Had the folks at Portland Gas Piping install a new line to my kitchen yesterday. Great guys! Worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and the total cost was lower than any other companies I called. You guys rock!

Very fast communication

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
