Best Commercial Construction in Portland OR

I had 3 companies bid relining of my sewer drain pipe. Some companies charged for scoping and estimating the work. Sewer renewal specialists did not charge to scope the pipe even without any specific issues.

Sewer Renewal Specialists was the only one that quoted the full length of the pipe to the sewer main under the street. The other 2 companies assured me (incorrectly) that my responsibility ended at the curb.

Although the work didn't need to be done right away it was a relief to take care of the issues before it became an emergency.

They under-promised and over delivered. I was told the work would take about 8 hours. It was done in just over 5 hours.

William and Taylor were friendly, informative, and communicated progress regularly during the work.

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

Precision Plumbing fixed our leaking main quickly, effectively, and at a very reasonable cost, the same day that we called him. Another plumbing company gave us an estimate that was as much as a small used car!

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

I've used Crown Plumbing for perhaps 20 years now. I've always had top-notch professional service, provided by Plumber Keith. He replaced a commode, fixed pipes and such over the years.

When I had a small pipe leak last week, I called Crown again. I was troubled to learn that Keith had retired.

Travis the Crown Plumber came on the call. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Instead of up-selling or max-selling an expensive job, Travis gave me options. As an old person, with a fixed income, this is vitally important to me.

Ben at Weekend Plumber did a big job for me, and from the first inquiry call to the last day of cleanup, Ben was professional, responsive, quick to return messages, clear and fair in his bid, and did excellent, timely work. Job site was impeccable every evening when I got home, which for me is always a great sign. As a single female homeowner, I sometimes dread starting a project, as I have experienced attitudes ranging from condescending and dismissive to downright larcenous from contractors (not the majority, but enough!) and this would never be the case with WeekendPlumber. I've used Sarkinen several times. I had my hot water heater go out a few days before Thanksgiving, and I got great, super fast service. Also, I had some more complex plumbing repairs, and again they did a great job. You might find a cheaper company to work with, but you'll get what you pay for! These guys are worth it.

We have used Meticulous for previous plumbing services, which they performed professionally and well. This project initially was to replace a toilet that liked to clog regularly, but evolved to include replacing a cracked cast iron stack pipe. The team came on time, worked efficiently, and neatly. They kept us informed of what they were doing, and had the pipe replaced and the toilet installed in about 5 hours. Both jobs done cleanly and neatly.

Once again a well done and very satisfactory project completed by Meticulous.

Great plumbing company

As relatively new home owners, the thought of calling a plumber was one filled with nervousness. Rowe plumbing took away much of that nervousness by giving us a good quote over the phone and explaining what the problem most likely was. He came, fixed the problem and stuck to the quote, which was very fair. I recommend using Rowe as it is as hassle free as a plumbing call can be.

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,
