We were very impressed at the quick response time, professionalism and knowledge (and price!) of the specialist that came out to clean and inspect our sewer line, post house sale inspection. Would definitely use them again and will refer to others!

Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

Couldn't give this guy enough stars. Very nice, helpful and personable. Allowed us to complete some of the job ourselves to avoid paying more than we had to (we had a water main break, and we dug it out ourselves). Very reasonable rates.

I've been working with Clark Co. Plumbing on a variety of home plumbing projects over the last 5 years and have always been happy with their work. I recently had an outdoor spigot they installed 3 years ago stop working and need to be replaced. Even though it was past the one year warranty they worked with the manufacturer to cover the cost of the replacement parts and they covered the cost of labor as well. I appreciate working with a company that stands by their work and takes into account the years we've worked together.

Overall, very good. The one complaint is that I never heard back regarding my question for the remodel plate. I would have selected a preferred style and finish and purchased this directly rather than pay more for someone else to buy it.

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

I've used Crown for several big upgrades and they've been fantastic to work with.

Paul sent Benjamin out to stop my kitchen sink faucet from leaking. He determined it needed to be rebuilt and it took about 2 hours of labor including him going to the store.

So, now instead of leaking, the handle pops off and a geyser of water shoots to my ceiling. Benjamin came out one more time and worked on it, and the same day it popped off again. Now he tells me we need to start from square one and install a whole new faucet. The thing I think is curious is that my faucet wasn't actually broken before, it was just leaking.

So, Paul's Plumbing broke my faucet and charged me about $200 for it. Great.

They don't respond on weekends, kind of defeats the business name expectations.

The boiler in our 8-plex broke down in January 2021. It took DeTemple until October, or so, to finally put in a new one. It worked well for a few months and then it has been one problem after another. Went, again, for a couple months with no heat. When they came out, the heat worked too well and held at a steady 80⁰. They came back out and it stopped working again in our unit but it's still hot in another. They have been out a few more times, still not fixed. This last time, they've stopped even trying to schedule a time to come out. I do not recommend DeTemple. I'm thankful that they're not being paid out of my pocket. Can't even imagine what the apartment owner is having to pay.

My 27-year-old water heater was acting up. The repairmen said they could fix it, but it my concern was that since it was so old, I may just be temporarily avoiding the inevitable so asked if they could just replace it. The work was done very efficiently and they were very careful not to leave any mess behind. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I've worked with Meticulous Plumbing in 11 years. Years ago, Leo assessed an awkward plumbing issue for me and came up with the most reasonable option (both price and timing) that didn't include a jackhammer in 1/3 of my house. This month's inquiry was a more benign water spigot replacement/repair. They had all of my info in the system, which made scheduling very easy. Scheduling was just 2 weeks from my call, partly due to my own schedule, which given the current trades scheduling seemed like lightening speed! I also know that if a time opened up sooner, they would be in touch.

Today, appointment day, they called to confirm if arriving early would be okay. Their technology of sending a bio of the technician (so I know who I'm lettting in) and. the truck tracking helped me coordinate with work.

Josh arrived right on time and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at all my plumbing questions and talked candidly about costs and expectations. Josh was UP FRONT about any possible issues or overages so I could make an informed decision. He was able to set my expectations for this project and entertained my other questions which, as an over-planner, I can now plan accordingly in the coming years for some of the major ticket items.

We stuck with the original project for today AND he was able to do the work all in the same day (PS, it was nearly 100 today and he willingly went into my crawlspace -- champ!). Josh didn't need much from me so I was able to continue my work. When the work was done, he gave me a general report of the status of my crawlspace (no concerns, yay!). When everything was said and done, I received a prompt email summary WITH photos and the invoice.

There are times you shop around, and there are times you rely on a trusted relationship. I've recommended Meticulous Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to do so.

Called for an estimate and got someone to come out the following week. Estimator showed up two hours before window so I had to send him away. He did come back later though within the window and he seemed knowledgable, which is why 2 stars. He said the project was complex and his boss would need to do the estimate that night or the following day. I never got that estimate or any follow up.
