The company was able to refer me to another business because they do not work with the specific type of unit I have installed in my condo. I felt valued as a potential customer. I would trust them to provide accurate and professional service. John was on time for my appointment and took the time to refer me to a competitor.

Plumber was on time and fully prepared to do the work. The work was completed exactly as it should be. Everything was clean and neat. Good job, well done.

Apollo was responsive and came on time. If they did the work on the 1st call and charged a fair price they would receive 5 stars but that was not the case. The 1st tech clearly did not want to do the work and stated that they needed to have Restoration 1 to come out - they did not need to do so. The second tech - a day later - cleared the line and perfumed a camera scope. I have no issue with the second tech - he was very competent and courteous and explained all of the work. The cost of the service was another matter entirely. Over $800 to clear a toilet line and perform a scope - that is an outrageous cost given the numerous plumbers I have now talked with. The sewer line has root damage and is now being replaced. Apollo also said that they could use CIPP on the line to clear the root damage but all other plumbers (I got 4 estimates) stated that the line has a belly and CIPP cannot be used. I will not be recommending Apollo plumbing .

Thank you to Cornel's plumbing for the amazing work and customer service they provided throughout a sewer line repair project at our new home. From start to finish, they were extremely sympathetic, efficient and professional. Long story short, my partner and I had just purchased our first home and, a few days after moving in, we noticed sewage water backing up from our downstairs shower. It turns out a newly installed grounding rod had been driven right through the sewer line. Based on other reviews, we contacted Cornel's to assess the problem and ultimately repair the sewer line. As first time homeowners, my girlfriend and I were very stressed and overwhelmed with the situation, but Cornel's handled it with grace. Since the sewer line came out of the basement, they needed to dig an 8' deep hole to access the line. Because of the equipment and scheduling needed for the job, they weren't able to come out same day, but scheduled the repair ASAP. They provided us with a Honey Pot in the meantime (not ideal for your first week in a new house, but let me tell you it was necessary and thoughtful). When they came out for the excavation and repair, they were efficient and professional. Edgar was the excavation lead and he explained everything they were doing, was super friendly, and obviously cared for the safety of his team. The job was completed in one afternoon and they took care to not damage the lawn surrounding the repair site, refilling the hole and sprinkling grass seed when complete. Shout out to Nate who first diagnosed the repair (and also fixed our faucet that same day - unrelated problem) and Mario and Megan in the office who were super patient and helpful. Cornel's even allowed us to wait until we had been compensated by the electrician's insurance before paying the costs. The whole experience was smoother than expected and, a few months later, everything is still tip top. Thank goodness.

DeTemple showed up three days late. I had 3 simple repairs: install a shower head (which I had all ready to go), clear a bathroom sink drain, repair a leaking faucet on a water filter. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was coming but probably wouldn't have time to address my repairs. He did come. He installed the shower head. He did not come with proper tools to do the other repairs so he asked to borrow a coat hanger from me to work on my bathroom sink. using the coat hanger, he seemed to clear the drain.....but I still don't know if he scratched the existing plumbing pipes that are PVC. I had to call the filter company who directed me to a YouTube video for a simple repair to tighten the faucet. Plumber did not have a screw driver and asked to borrow one of mine. He fiddled with it for about 4 minutes, and then said he didn't know how to fix it; I should replace it and he would have to return to do it. I asked for a work order or a cost. No. He could not provide. I received a call later in the day to let me know they were charging me $330 for this visit. They could not provide me a work order or invoice (only a credit card receipt) because they were too busy. I would NEVER use or recommend De Temple again and will tell everyone about this ridiculous charge for shoddy work. Yes, I did reach out to them.....no response.

Got an appointment in a timely manner (2 days ), Eric arrived early and was excellent to work with, explained what he was doing and why. Wish all my experience with the trades were this good. Satisfied with the price also. Very fair.

(Modified review: At least a representative from the company called to apologize for the extreme inconvenience.) Worst experience ever. I called the day before to set an appointment, telling them clearly we were located on an upper floor. I called the day of service to verify the time, clearly stating that I was staying in town only until they arrived. The driver called to say he was on the way. I again verified we were there. He then called to say that parking was a problem downtown. I gave him various options, including two spots I could see from the window. I told him how I had waited all day for the appointment. He called back and said it was just too much trouble. Outrageous. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if possible.
