I had my foundation fixed and the results were catastrophic. The plumbing was so messed up that the bathroom was unusable. I decided to remodel and gutted the entire bathroom. I had In house plumbing come and they tunneled under the house and had to chiseled all the PVC from the foundation and replaced it all, all the way up to the shower head. I thought surely this would be a mountain of money but they were fair with me. I had used them before and they do amazing work and are always fair with the price. Chris even told me that when I was ready they would come out and put the Toilet in for me. This remodel took 9 months with the coronavirus and being furloughed, but he stayed true to his word. They send Rick and I love him. I worked from home and he had the toilet in and quietly left while I was on a conference call. This team is the best plumbers I have ever worked with. I had a need to replace 2 faucets, he communicated with me the timeframe and expected reminders (text and/or email) for his arrival, wore booties in the house, reviewed the work to confirm we were both on the same page, explained what was optional vs providing a quote for doing the work now and after we agreed upon the job he got to work. The calcium buildup on the countertops was keeping the faucets from turning on and off smoothly, after the job was complete the calcium buildup had been cleaned up on the granite and faucets were back to new again. The guys from Plano Plumbing were able to make it out to unclog our AC drain the same day we called. They came in and had the job done quickly. Nice guys and give us pointers on what to do to help prevent that drain from clogging. This is the second time we use Plano Plummers and highly recommend them.
